Hi,
I have an esim for about 4 months as my physical sim failed. An esim was suggested as a resolution. For the last 2 months or so it hardly ever connects to the cell network. I have to constantly restart my Phone, sometimes for days I go without network. Missing calls, and messages, not being able to perform 2FA functions, delaying may things.
Trying to contact Customer service is fruitless. They never answer. The chat remains un-manned. The FAQ and app functionality to do a sim swap, change address etc doesn’t work.
Can I get a physical sim back, with my existing number?
Can you fix the eSim issue(s)?
Will customer service ever really exist?
Please do something.

Update: I replied on the message below at the same day! And sent one more email to them. (Just for in case.) And - nothing! Today is 21/07/2025. Three days passed and they didn't get in touch with me!
I bought Lycamobile Unlimited plan to use it for roaming in EU. And it doesn't work! At all!
I'm trying to contact customer service for two days now, but I don't have any response.
I can't call them because my card is not working. And only you can do is chat with AI or send an email.

I’ve noticed that two mobile plans have been active on my account at the same time:
• Lyca National M – 20 GB (renewed and charged €15 today)
• Lyca Boss – Unlimited (activated and charged on July 4th)
These two plans have been running in parallel, which was not intended.
