Overall it's good for the price, but it's not quite reliable at least here in my location which is Funchal, Madeira Island. Sometimes you can't get good service cause they only supply LTE and 5G connectivity, not 4G, so it can get very slow when you dont have 5G cover where you are at the moment.

The absaloute worse. Terrible coverage but worse then that, they are thieves. Refuse to reimburse Even though they have been charging me for 4 months after I requested to deactivate the account.

I swapped from Digi to Lyca because of better network coverage just to discover no hotspot (either via USB or WiFi) is allowed. I looked in recent reviews and noted company's vague answers to other complaining users. It is a shame the company cannot communicate lack of hot spotting in a fair and transparent way! I will cancel my Lyca mobile and will go to Vodafone - half of the data for the same price but at least I can use the data! I will certainly not watch movies on my phone to get even more short sighted.

I don’t know what to do. I have contacted them, I have provided the info they asked me and they didn’t reply to me anymore and didn’t solve the problem. I had a problem with their eSIM. I know that my phone is still linked to their eSIM even though I closed the contract and the eSIM doesn’t appear in my settings. I have tried to contact them and ask for a support. After providing the info, they disappeared. Now my phone, that has two sim slots, cannot access to new eSIMs. One is my normal sim and one was their eSIM, and since they haven’t disconnected that eSIM from my phone, the slot is still unavailable.

Great price package and so far so good coverage wise. We took out the €8 unlimited data plan, 12gb roaming etc. Only to find out that the hotspot facility has been currently disabled and something they are looking to fix. They’ve obviously oversubscribed their services! There was no mention on the listing or in any t&c’s that I could find that hotspot coverage wasn’t included. Other competitors in Portugal include this, even Lyca Mobile includes it in other countries. It’s a deceptive move from Lyca Mobile Portugal and something that needs to be rectified otherwise customers will flock to other companies! We have already identified where we will be moving too once the month is up!

I spent one week of holidays in Portugal during which I have purchased a LycaMobile eSim online.
3 weeks after I got back home (Morocco) , I received an sms from my bank stating that I was charged 7 euros for LycaMobile PT Lisboa.
I reliased that I forgot to disable auto-renewal of my bundle, which was "Lyca Boss 50GB".
I have tried to disable this auto renewal by reinstalling the eSim, logging to my account or using their chat bot, but non of all that worked: eSim can't be installed outside of Portugal. Logging to my account was impossible. And the chat bot didn't provide auto-renewal cancellation option.
Eventually I have called their assistance number : +351 265 001 632
Amanda responded to my call, and she kindly and easily disabled the auto-renewal of my bundle.

Hi,
I have an esim for about 4 months as my physical sim failed. An esim was suggested as a resolution. For the last 2 months or so it hardly ever connects to the cell network. I have to constantly restart my Phone, sometimes for days I go without network. Missing calls, and messages, not being able to perform 2FA functions, delaying may things.
Trying to contact Customer service is fruitless. They never answer. The chat remains un-manned. The FAQ and app functionality to do a sim swap, change address etc doesn’t work.
Can I get a physical sim back, with my existing number?
Can you fix the eSim issue(s)?
Will customer service ever really exist?
Please do something.
