two weeks ago I called your help center that the renewal of Lyca Boss OL 100 GB package was not my own action
after contacting with LycaMobile Portugal, they investigated my case and returned the amount to me
in the future I would stop the renewal of the plan a few days before the end of the expiry day.

I live in Lisbon and the signal of internet connection is so poor... Unbelievable, 2 minutes to check my balanc on internet banking.... I will get another provider .
Update: they send me some instructions to improve the signal.. seem it's a little bit better. I will see in the next days.

My e-sim stopped working. I had to contact Lycamobile assistance three times before getting a final solution: replacing the e-sim card. Although the issue was solved it took me a long time and the help-desk is only available during work hours, not 24/7.

I had my mobile phone stolen and Amanda at Lyca Mobile was very helpful, professional, and efficient in listening to my issue, checking everything was legitimate, and following the best steps to block my number from my previous handset, transfer my existing number to my new sim, and keep me updated on the request's status.
This was just the help I needed to feel more secure and safe about my phone number and my personal details.
I can have no complaints, except I wish there was an emergency Lyca Mobile number to call outside office hours.

I did NOT sign up for a phone plan, just for a pre-paid sim. Lyca automatically charged me, now it seems I must go through their customer support to try to cancel.
Update on 05 September 2025:
Lyca replied yesterday and asked for my sim/number. I just sent my numbers to them today, along with an attachment of the pdf of the auto charge on my bank account.
Let’s see if this is resolved.

Easy to enroll, impossible to cancel.
Their email is not working, you just get ignored, then you need to call 10 times to cancel and get a refund. Really frustrating, don't recommend

Left Porrugal 3 days ago. Travelled to NL via ES. Immediately in Spain no network. Same after arrival in NL. No way to call and even worse doing my internet banking. No respond from customer service via mail, chatbox useless. Well, I never received any notification about not being able to use Lyca abroad. I have an active bundle. I'm not very satisfied with the usage of Lyca in Portugal but not satified at all with Lyca abroad. I called with Lyca Customer Service this morning. The employee was very helpful and friendly but could not solve the issue. Investigationis ongoing. I wait for a solution.
Despite the fact that a very friendly customer agent opened an urgent case which sould be investigated yesterday, after 24 hours nothing. Today after 48 hours, nothing. Urgent case?
Today Friday 05-09 ( 8 days after the issues started) still the same issues. No network. Can not do my internet banking and needed to buy a local sim. After my complaint here I was contacted by Naveen, Karthikeyan and Albert. All came up with the basic solution. Restart, set phone to roaming etc. After my reply that this is not the solution, the support goes into silence. No follow up, no signs of ongoing investigations, nothing. Total silence. Unbelievable disappointing.
Today 11-9 I wrote an email to the complaints department. Two weeks being cut off without any technical explanation or solution offered is too long. I don't want to spend my valuable time doing this but unfortunately had to. I hope for a feedback and a solution.

Terrible service. Don’t respond to emails to customer service - that is if you can actually email them (mailbox is often full). Chat doesn’t work and spent numerous hours trying to get in touch by phone only for it to get cut off. 🤬

I tried to sign up to Lycamobile - they charged me and I have not had any information on the service. I have no number or information at all.
I signed up via a referral link.
I have tried various times on chat to get hold of them and also via email and no one responds. This is a terrible service.

Signed up for a one month eSim 10 months ago. After the month I deleted the eSim from my phone. Since then they have been take large sums of money from my credit card every month. I don't know what the eSim phone number was anymore. They insist they can't do anything without the number even though I have sent them bank statements showing the exact dates and amounts. TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
