I am just tired to call their customer service first of all they do not answer the phone, after waiting an hour they answer and still do not resolve the issue my phone has No Service since 10 days and I am trying to port in my number to a different carrier and need the account number luckily I get hold representative and they are saying we will email my account number within 24 hours as I cannot get the SMS because of NO SERVICE its over 24 hours and still didn’t get account number is Lyca mobile is some kind of scamming consumer I request others please do not go with Lyca mobile try instead different carrier. First of all Lyca mobile is not a carrier company this stupid company is using AT&T network.

Beware! Products do not work! Crooks and thieves! Bought their eSIM on 23 March and five days later unable to activate! I have been trying to contact Lyca Mobile support since March 21 regarding a serious issue with my SIM card.

While roaming in China, I can receive calls and SMS, but I cannot make any outgoing calls at all.
I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups, including a formal complaint, but I have only received automated replies with no real assistance.
This level of customer support is unacceptable. There has been no effort to resolve my issue or even provide a clear explanation.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on Lyca Mobile for international roaming.
I expect Lyca Mobile to respond and address this issue immediately.

I tried to convert my physical SIM to an eSIM to use in a new phone, but they gave me a new phone number on my new phone. I am trying to get in touch with customer service to let me use my old phone number on my new phone with an eSIM option. I've been trying to talk to them, and they put me on hold for four hours every day for the last seven days, but they can't connect me to an agent. They say, "We will connect you in 3 to 7 minutes or 10 minutes," but they put me on hold for three or four hours until I fall asleep. Pay more money and get a better network than Lyca, who doesn't value your time. They should at least have an option where, because the line is longer, they will call you back when they are free. But they don't do that either. Worst network and worst customer service in my life. Ref# 111210112

I have trying to port out Myron to another phone but there is absolutely 0 customer service. Even after holding on the phone for more than 3 hours literally no one comes online and this I have been trying from last 5 days continuously. What a shame !!!!!!!

It is extremely difficult to reach customer support. I spent three days trying to get assistance, which is an unacceptable delay. When I finally connected with a representative, the support provided was ineffective and did not resolve my issue. I am very dissatisfied with the service and am considering switching to another carrier.

Disgusting service. I just paid for $15 plan because my plan expired. I still cannot make calls. I tried getting help up but I couldn't get a hold of a human..the lia stupid robot doesn't help..keep going down I will find another service that treats their paying customers better.
Update : I am able to make calls now. Thank you. Changing the one star rating to 3 stars coz I am still unhappy the way I was treated. Please don't use AI agents to replace humans. What a human can do can never be done with AI.
March 27 2026 I called the customer care. One person "Azeez" verified me with otp and asked me personal details like DOB. Anothe person verified using email and that was it. Please confirm that the customer care needs access to my personal details and that they won't misuse it.

Absolutely carried me. I am on a budget and saw a 8GB UNTL talk + txt for $5 and at first I thought, there must be a catch, so I took a breath and accepted defeat, but then, it actually worked. I broke my iPhone and have to use a backup phone, and activated it with lyca mobile. I'm even writing this review with lyca mobile right now. Lyca Mobile even provided fast speeds since it runs of the ATT network. Thank you lyca mobile, I will proceed to use your service.

The callback number I provided belongs to my colleague, and they may be busy and most probably I could miss the call.

Where the hell is the sim swap team
I am stuck with endless loop of eSim swap from lycamobile.
First they sent me a text message to upgrade my sim. I upgraded, and ever since that my calls and text messages are not working. Whenever I call them they take 15-20 mins to answer. After that they put me into a sim swap team, which taken 2-3 hours hold and then gets disconnected. I asked for account number and pin to port out, they can give that only through text which I cant receive.
So in summary I have lost my number because of this joker company.
Issue is still not resolved as on 3/30, and they are not ready to give my account and pin to port out. Such a bad experience. 17 days without phone services, and still paying.
