I’ve tried placing an order few times…
I’ve tried placing an order few times and so far, unsuccessful. Unfortunately there was an issue with the payment method. I wanted to pay with Amex as advertised but instead I received an email asking me for a bank transfer. I don’t feel comfortable with this option as there is no security for the payment made.

I have ordered from M Esther’s a couple of times, I find their website easy to navigate, use and pay.
My most recent order I had an issue with one of the products that seemed like a manufacture defect. I contacted customer service on their WhatsApp and got such a speedy response and Kasia was so helpful, I sent a video detailing the problem and a new item was swiftly sent out for me.
As a small part time business, that damaged product would have had quite a big financial hit for me so I was grateful for the speedy resolution and that I now have product for my clients second session. Kasia was also really helpful giving me product advise and tips as a newly trained practitioner. I’ll definitely continue to shop with M Esthetic and recommend them. Thank you so much x
