Thank you for your review. After reviewing your parcel's journey, I can confirm that your order was processed and collected on the same day you placed it. Unfortunately, the delay appears to have occurred on DHL's side, not ours. The tracking information also reflects this, with DHL apologising for the delay.
Additionally, as outlined in our terms and conditions, while we strive for next-day delivery, we cannot guarantee it 100% of the time. 98% of our parcels arrive on time, though occasional delays with our delivery partners, like DHL, can happen.
