From the very first contact on an online chat, the customer service has been unrivalled. A conversation with Louis about our situation and my husbands needs resulted us being given options to try at home which was incredible. The delivery team were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. Polite, friendly and very professional. An overall fabulous and well informed service. It would be good to see more companies adopt the same work ethics as Louis and his team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. If I could have given 10 stars I would. Thank you!

We visited the M6 Bed Warehouse on 6 May 2025, and ordered a new mattress. We were so impressed with the sales people, they weren't pushy and were so knowledgeable about all the beds in the shop. Having purchased a mattress from them we took delivery of it this morning. From start to finish we were so impressed with the Sales people in Northwich and the two guys that delivered the mattress this morning. We can highly recommend the M6 Bed Warehouse.

What a lovely bed store, full of so many great beds to choose from, prices to suit everyone, you are really spoilt for choice!
From the moment you enter the store to home delivery, everything was EXCELLENT!!
Michelle and Louis were extremely helpful in my case, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with my new bed.
Can not forget the delivery guys who were very polite and respectful, and put on shoe coverings on entering the house.
So if you are looking for a new bed this is definitely the place to go!!!

Amazing customer service and a quality bespoke British made mattress. I live in London and found M6 Beds in an online search and realised that their stores were close to my home town - and that my Mum had already had a mattress from them. Shortly after I was visiting family so I visited the large showrooms and Louis took much time in helping me choose the right mattress and was very knowledgeable. I have built a bed pod for guests staying so I needed to fit a certain size to have a small single, bespoke quality orthopaedic mattress. Louis worked with the suppliers and with me to ensure the measurements and mattress were correct and only when he was satisfied that the mattress matched requirements did he arrange for delivery. I had a guest due to stay and the team went more than the extra mile and a big thank you to Oliver for personally delivering it to me in London over 200 miles each way rather than risk any delay in me receiving it ready for my guest. All this within the original price quoted. The mattress is brilliant, very comfortable, exactly fits and really good quality. It’s the best purchasing experience I’ve had of anything for a very long time. Can’t recommend them enough.

The delivery guys came within the time window and were very professional and helpful, even putting on shoe coverings before entering the property. Took away an old bed as well. really great service, quick and simple, which you don’t get a lot these days. The new bed looks fab in my daughter’s room and was easy to assemble. After a very poor experience with another company with several months of broken promises of delivery, when the bed finally came it was damaged! I decided to try the M6 Bed Warehouse in Winnington, Northwich. I explained my situation to the chap and asked if they could help ie how quickly could they deliver a new bed? After helping me to choose the right bed, an electrically operated double ottoman, he said he would do his very best to ensure it was delivered and set up for me in a couple of days. True to his word, I had a phone call the day before the delivery day to let me know the bed would be delivered the next morning as promised. The two chaps who delivered it were thoroughly professional and did an excellent job! I’ve had the bed for some time now - sorry for the late review- it is excellent! This is a family run store. I could not recommend them more highly! Thank you so much.

Staff are extremely helpful from initial enquiry through to the delivery of mattress. Paul and Joey delivery guys where professional, helpful and made the job nice and easy. Highly recommend this company and would use again. Thank you.

Michelle at Northwich M6 Warehouse was extremely helpful. She clearly explained the features of the mattresses and left us to make our decision without giving us the hard sell! We were told 2 to 3 weeks delivery. Two weeks and we were given a two hour slot for our delivery. Steve and Paul brought in the mattress, stop on time, with care to property and friendly professionalism. We certainly recommend the Northwich M6 Bed Warehouse. Thank you all.

wow what can i say. we have had 2 beds from here now and both are beyond perfect. the descriptions are spot on and will never be going anywhere else. the service we have received was amazing, from start of order right through to the friendly delivery drivers. nothing is too much trouble. thank you just doesnt seem enough. you are stars.

The ordering and delivery were easy, all done politely, on time aand, with minimal fuss

Every interaction with members of staff was excellent. Lynn at Alsager was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure at all to buy. The promised phone call came to give a delivery date followed by one the day before delivery to give a more accurate time of delivery. The chaps turned up within the 2 hour window. They too were friendly, efficient and cheerful and really careful to avoid any damage on the way to the bedroom with the mattress. They were most concerned not to knock photos/pictures off the walls of the stairs.
We have bought from M6 previously and were very happy with the whole process then so we came back. Also, pleasantly surprised to find no charge for delivery or disposal of old mattress.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After receiving a faulty base from another provider I sent my daughter to look at M6 in Northwich. Louis was there to help from start to finish. He provided a solution to the problem getting a large headboard up the stairs, provided a new base & headboard within 2 weeks & visited personally to fit the headboard. Highly recommend M6 beds for quality, service & price.

Bought several beds and mattresses over the years. Each one has been a quality product, that we have been extremely pleased with, delivered when they said it would be by a team that are efficient and leave no mess. Our most recent purchase included a headboard that was not able to be carried upstairs due to size. The team at M6 beds measured what we could accept, took the headboard away, modified, returned and fitted it and you would never know anything had been changed. A first class service which I'm sure we will use again in the future. Thank you to all at M6 bed warehouse.
