Brilliant responsive and kind. We phoned with an urgent request “new born baby arrived and we needed an extra bed for helping relatives. 20 minutes later the bed was in the house being assembled. Thank you M6 warehouse for Beds and all the team.

They listened and understood are needs recommended and advised us they are absolutely fabulous.

We ordered our bed and mattress and they did a dummy run to see if the bed would fit up our narrow staircase and came up with solutions to enable us to have our chosen bed.they removed our old bed and mattress and delivered and installed our bed and mattress today.
We truly couldn’t be more delighted.

I highly recommend M6 Bed Warehouse.
From ordering my bed on line, to having it delivered and installed, I cannot fault the service that was provided.
Being a senior lady living alone, Louise who delivered and assembled my bed was very courteous and helpful. He went to extraordinary lengths to advise me on various issues that were of concern to me.

Excellent company to deal with.
Great range to choose from. Good advice, helpful and no hard sales.
Dealt with before and would recommend to others.

We ordered a mattress from M6 beds via their Alsager store. It duly arrived... on Christmas Eve thanks to Joe literally going out of his way on his journey home for Christmas.

Not only that, he gave us an upgrade to the mattress ordered as they did not immediately have our choice available.

Overall, excellent customer service.

From ordering the bed , too it’s delivery the service has been excellent. Staff kept us informed regarding delivery date and time. The lads that delivered the bed were friendly and professional wearing cover shoes in the bedroom. I would highly recommend M6 .

After being let down twice on delivery by another company I contacted M6 Bed Warehouse and purchased an electric ottoman bed base. Their customer service was above and beyond! Within two weeks of ordering, the bed base was delivered yesterday and put together by the delivery men. Not only that but as we live out of area down on the South Coast and normally they would have used a courier, because it was near Christmas the store’s own staff came down in their own van to ensure the delivery was before Christmas.

We ordered a divan bed from the Alsagar store where the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The bed was delivery on time & it was certainly worth paying the £20 extra for the delivery staff to assemble the bed & take our old one away.
Would certainly recommend them to family & friends.

M6 Beds at Alsager. Bought a new mattress which was found to have a button/tuft missing, after attempting to fit a replacement one, which they could't do, they ordered me a new mattress for delivery before xmas, they delivered it today at the time they said they would.
Cannot praise them enough. well done to all of the team. 10/10

Very helpful friendly and full of good advice . Delivery drivers did the job well polite and helpful. Remove all packaging and old bed highly recommended.

Brandon was fantastic, really helpful friendly, explained everything to me about the lift up bed, he couldn’t do enough, showed me all the different types of bed and what type side lift or bottom lift depending on what I wanted, the office staff (Joe especially) took the time to keep me updated on delivery, the 2 men that installed the bed bish bash bosh! All done in under 30 minutes old bed and mattress removed!! Excellent service and would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend M6 bed warehouse!! Thank you my son is thrilled with his new bed— a totally happy customer x

Met Tim on the Saturday, very helpful, friendly, put up with my quickfire questions and helped me out massively, no hard sell. Revisited on the Sunday, ordered with Joe, again helpful, friendly, no messing or hard sell. Delievered by Scott and Callum the following Saturday, bang on time, shoe covers to protect my new carpet. Unpacked quickly. Friendly, reliable - the entire team are nice people with a massive selection of beds, mattresses, etc. Id visited some other places but soon realised they werent a patch on M6 Bed warehouse. I used the Alsager/Radway Green team. Cant fault. Highly recommend, will use again.

Hi, I needed a new mattress for our son, who is quite a big lad,who also lives in supported living. We visited M6 Beds and spoke to Nikki who gave us some very good advice on what bed would be suitable considering Paul's weight. Unfortunately I was given the wrong base size and consequently it did not fit !! This is where the super excellent service happened, M6 ordered the correct size mattress, delivered it to site and took the wrong one back into stock. I asked them how much more it would be for the bigger size and additional transport. They said it was absolutely fine and there was'nt any more money to pay. I was very surprised at that as it was my fault That is going above and beyond in my book, so well done, terrific service from all at M6. Highly recommended and will certainly use you again. No pressure from the moment we walked in just asked if we needed help brilliant advise great customer service, simple order process delivery was arranged over the phone quickly and with accurate times delivery , the two gentlemen that delivered the bed on just an awful rainy day were polite and so helpful putting show guards on going up and down the stairs just wonderful we then had an issue with the headboard I called and someone came over straight away after hours to fix it our mistake too but so wonderful cannot recommend enough thankyou so much

Very helpful and friendly staff (Nikki) who made the process of choosing a bed and 2 mattresses really easy. I felt assured i had made the perfect choice with her guidance amd expertise. Would definitely go back when i need another bed.
