Visited their new Northwich store today to buy a replacement mattress. Have used this company twice in past years so thought of them first. Overall a very good customer experience - Joe was very helpful and showed us a variety of options, explaining the differences very clearly. Lovely bright new store with a huge selection of beds, mattresses, headboards and accessories at varying price points to suit everyone.

If I could give 1000 stars it wouldn’t be enough. We needed a single bed because our daughter in law gave birth by c section so she had to have a bed downstairs and we needed it delivered the same day. I must admit we thought it was a tall order but thought it was worth asking. Oliver sorted out a great deal for us and the bed was delivered by lunch time. Fabulous service.

Bought a bed from m6 beds wow such a fab company took my old bed away to recycle the delivery lads couldn’t do enough for us, great price, great service all round I highly recommend 10/10

Brandon was really helpful and happy to help & offer advice . We have bought two beds from here in the last few months . Really efficient communication, delivery & assembly . Would definitely recommend.

I emailed M6 Bed Warehouse at 11.00 pm to tell them that my adjustable bed was not working. They phoned me quite early the following morning and arranged to come and repair it. Well, informed, friendly salesman, kept well-informed about progress and excellent delivery chaps, Steve and Lee, would couldn't have been more careful, obliging and professional. And our beds aren't bad either!!!

Please please use a different song for radio adverts. It puts me off ever wanting to visit your store

I came across this company on line and found them to be excellent.
From the moment of ordering my bed everything went right-it arrived when they said it would,the delivery men set it up and even got rid of the old one and all the packaging.

I Bought a new double bed from the M6 Bed warehouse, Radway Green. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and didn't pressure you while you were looking at the good range of beds. New staff were being trained and supported in a professional way and their customer service is top notch.
The delivery updates were good and the bed was delivered and built exactly when it was booked. Great service.

We've just visited the new showroom at Winnington Business Park, Northwich. It really is a fantastic showroom with plenty of choice in beds, mattresses and headboards. Friendly and helpful sales team and it was a pleasant experience choosing our purchase.

After a mistake early on my bed arrived without a mattress (was not on the order so no ones fault). The whole team were amazing, kind, thoughtful, understanding..i couldn't ask for any more. They went above and beyond to help me, sourcing and getting a mattress to me with no more cost and all recieved in the same morning as it was meant. Scott and Lee were so kind and took extra care and time to help me and i want to thank them personally. I am so so happy with my bed, and the service... would recommend them to the queen if i could

Took delivery of our new mattress today. Superb service all round.
Firstly, from Ollie and his staff in their Alsager showroom. Relaxed atmosphere, great choice of mattresses to choose from. Any queries were quickly and politely resolved.
Given a rough delivery date, around Friday, 3rd May.
Got two phone calls on the day before, confirming delivery.
Excellent telephone manner and unfailingly courteous.
Mattress arrived bang on time in the middle of our delivery window/time slot. The two delivery guys were great. Unfailingly courteous and cheerful. A very professional and slick procedure. They were very careful and displayed considerable dexterity, when manoeuvring both the old and new mattresses. Took payment and the old mattress away.
Thank you guys, for a first class service from start to finish.

We recently purchased a bed for my elderly mother who was about to come home from hospital. M6 were able to supply and deliver exactly what was needed in 4 days. They took a bed earmarked for display in their new shop so we could have it in time. It was delivered by 2 lovely chaps who even helped my elderly father hoover where the old bed had been. Absolutely excellent service and lovely people to deal with.

Need to buy my mother in law a bed today and had a fabulous experience at M6 Beds. After having a stroke and moving into assisted living, my Mother in Law needed a new single bed. It had to be the right height for her to be able to get herself in and out. She wanted storage for bedding and wanted it to be with matching headboard. The guys at M6 could not have been more understanding with her and she came away with just what she wanted and a large smile on her face.

What i thought was going to be a nightmare of an experience for her as anything but. Thanks guys and girls. We shall return when we need our next bed.

We have purchased several beds and mattresses from M6 beds. The service and products are second to none. The showroom is fantastic, good advice, great mattress and the delivery team deserve huge praise as we have a tiny staircase and super king size beds. From start to finish the whole experience with The M6 Bed Warehouse has been a pleasure! The showroom is well stock & nicely laid out to be able to try any combination you like. All the assistants are really knowledgeable, friendly & not at all pushy! The ordering is made simple & the delivery & service of putting together the new bed & disposing of the old bed brilliant! Every one involved was super helpful & amazing to deal with! I would definitely recommend & will definitely use again!

We wanted 2 new mattresses for our adjustable bed, we couldn't get a lot of information from our local large store, I found The M6 Bed Warehouse when I entered a search for mattresses. I gave them a ring and spoke to a very helpful man called Louis, I explained my problem, and what type of mattresses we were thinking of, he was very knowledgeable and sent email links to 3 different mattresses from
Adjust-a-Bed. We read all the info on the mattresses, made what we thought was a good choice, I phoned Louis and discussed it with him, ordered the mattresses. We waited a short time until they were delivered. The delivery driver was really great, very helpful and polite, our old mattresses were taken away. We can honestly say we have had the best sleep since, which we hadn't had for a long, long time. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and of course Louis.

I've ordered a number of mattresses over the years from M6 beds and I can't rate their service or products highly enough. They always show you the full range of mattresses price wise and never steer you towards the most costly. You don't feel pressured in any way and the staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. You really don't feel rushed into making a decision and you can spend as long as is needed testing the mattresses. They offer a large range and you can find a superior mattress at a much lower price than their high street equivalents. Waiting times are quick and delivery is super efficient as they take your old mattress away for free. Thank you to all the staff for always making my shopping experience a pleasurable one.
