“Good product but overcharges on delivery service.” To which they replied on 27.11.25. They then sent the same reply on 09.01.26 and reported the review as not genuine so trustpilot removed this today.
Mabel and fox, I received a notification of this today I find it bizarre you think you could falsely get legitimate reviews removed. I have reported this to trustpilot and reposted my review here with a more appropriate 1*.
Your delivery charges are overpriced. For your dishonesty I shall not be shopping here again and encourage others to do the same.
Edit: you did reply in November 2025 as I received an email notifying me that you did. I also checked and screenshot the comment. You then left the same comment on 9.1.26, I again got an email, reporting this to trustpilot who then emailed to say it had been removed. The review was removed and I submitted evidence that my order and experience was genuine therefore your comments are both inaccurate and dishonest.

In fact, your review has remained live on both Trustpilot and our website, so we are unsure why you were notified otherwise.

Regarding delivery charges, our £4.95 fee only partially covers the cost of postage and packaging. It does not fully cover these expenses, and we work hard to keep this charge as low as possible while maintaining reliable delivery and secure packaging.

The baby mobile and change mat were both exactly as described and high quality, and competitively priced. An excellent service from start to finish. We contacted the customer service and received a swift and understanding response. This was our first experience of this company and I would recommend purchasing through them.
