This is one of the best car/van hire in the UK and beyond. There is an implied trust in the service and they remove barriers to. make the process of hiring simle and plesant. The vans selection is amazing and the quality outstanding. Each time I've hired they are like new so you feel safe and comfortable to drive

Everything was straightforward, no fuss

Extremely professional, very polite and great range of vehicles to choose from. The coffee was awesome too!

Vehicle had been prepared and ready for collection on arrival. Staff were all helpful and professional with much lower price than other hire companies. I will definitely use Maben again if I need a future hire vehicle.

Fantastic car rental company, really friendly and helpful staff, great cars. I had to change my vehicle midway through the rental due to a slow puncture and they were so easy to deal with and helpful. Have used them before, will def use them again.

The booking of the vehicle was straight forward. The communication about where to leave the key was not communicated to me. I was told the gates would be open for me to leave the van I was under the impression someone would be there to book van back in. Had to guess where I would leave the keys as building all closed up. That’s the only issue I had.

Professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Simple transactions, never have to wait too long at the depot, vehicles are always immaculately clean and ready to be picked up.

An Out of Hours Dropbox is very handy, meaning vehicles can be dropped off without waiting for staff to be present.

Staff always friendly and helpful.

Slight minus point, my deposit always seems to take several days before showing again in my account. It remains a pending transaction for up to 7 days before I see it again as funds available - bit of a pain, but not the end of the World, I am sure that can be improved on?

We have used this van rental company for a few years now for an event we do, the benefit that they deliver and collect is amazing and freezes us up to do other tasks, makes choosing a van hire an easy choice as not many delivery or collect! Thank you Ben and Maben Hire

Swift, easy, courteous, reasonably priced and super efficient …. I put four stars down. What an idiot …of course it should be five!

Always great service at Maben! The staff are friendly and professional; there's flexibility over how and when to return the vehicle; I have never had any quibbles about the vehicle's condition at point of return; and any deposit made has always been refunded promptly.
