Easy to book using their website and calling them. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, with the van used being clean and tidy.
The service provided was great with the communcation and transparency easy to understand. I would use them again and definitely recommend to anyone else!

I hired a Luton van many times from Maben and I can’t fault their service and price. The staff is always helpful and nice as well. A Luton van hire is £119 per day from Maben and the same one from Enterprise is £187.5 plus £35 to reduce the excess from £2000 to £100. I definitely recommend Maben to anyone who wants to hire a vehicle.

The overall service was excellent. The vehicle was absolutely fantastic. Great one. The staffs were so kind and helpful throughout from enquiry to getting the vehicle.
Only draw back was we didn’t receive the fuel money (around £20)that filled extra than required( said that they won’t refund that).
My humble advice to make the Refund procedures bit more faster

The offices were very well presented.
From first contact, the staff were brilliant and explained everything about costs and where it would be advantageous for me to add cover. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and proud to represent Maben.

The vehicle was inspected and all marks were registered. Help with setting up the satnav and radio was a big bonus.
All in all, it was a great experience, a great branch to deal with and yes I will use them again.

Excellent vehicle, easy booking and return

all good, nice and helpful staff and vehicle was there as promised. One niggle is that i returned the vehicle on Sunday but my own car was blocked in by others so i had to go back on monday-otherwise all fine.

I needed to hire a car and then extend the hire as I didn't know the exact date I would return it. I initially hired for 5 days then a week. The car was very new , perfectly clean and I enjoyed driving.The return was the most stress-free return I have ever had , with a follow up email to confirm all was good/pass.
