Helpful, flexible, great service, highly recommend using them.
Recently had a small Peugeot Van... it had Apple Car Play which was a huge help.. they need to advertise this..

The team were very helpful and the process was simple. Great care was taken to identify any prior damage to the vehicle prior to leaving to ensure that security deposits and excesses are secure.

Maben Vehicle Hire from the time I first enquired to the time they paid my deposit back to me, were very friendly, polite and professional in dealing with my vehicle hire needs.

Hired a car for the weekend. Was very pleased with the helpful and courteous service received. If I was to make a suggestion, it would be far easier if the hired vehicle is received with a full tank of fuel and therefore returned likewise.

I collected an extra long wheelbase MAN van from Pontypool on Friday 9th September. Lucy dealt with getting me on my way quickly and efficiently, with a swift check in procedure which puts other local hire companies to shame.
The vehicle was less than a month old, none of the vehicles in the yard more than twelve months old that I could see.
Maben provided an excellent service which I would highly recommend.

Really easy process to book a van for the weekend and a great price. A little miscommunication meant that I turned up and the van wasn’t available till the next day. However, the guys sorted me a van within half hour and I was on my way. Will be using again!

I was able to easily arrange hire of a 9 seater bus, the staff were friendly, they couldn't be more helpful, I will say if your attempting to hire a vehicle and your under 25 there are additional costs to pay for which I found out when paying the balance of the bus. But was happy to pay it as i needed the van, it might be worth highlighting this when hirers are hiring the vehicles. Apart from that can't fault the service well done to Ben and Co, will use again.

From start to finish, this was an excellent hassle-free car hire service. The car was delivered to my house and was less than half the price of an airport car hire. Alex in customer service answered emails promptly and went above and beyond to extend the hire and collect the car at short notice. I highly recommend your company. Thank you so much!

Fantastic company really well run. The vehicle was brilliant and service was top notch as always.

Happy about the size of the van and space needed for luggages.
Issues encountered:
Delivery guy should show few details on how to operate the system on the van or just asked if customer need assistance, the lock nut remover for the wheels should be shown were located, breakdown details, make sure that AD blue is full or adequate ( I had to refill after a couple of miles), insurance details should be discussed and contact info.Key should show information like van registration number ,type of fuel and contact number for breakdown. Signing on a portable device which really put you on a position that you are not sure what your are signing or it could change, they can just copy and paste your signature (I prefer paper agreement) for example the mileage that was shown on the agreement was not the same when they deliver the van ( so better take a photo straight away when you receive the Van or you will be charged 4 pence a mile). There's more room for improvement of service.
As I'm a regular guy that hires vehicle so I knew few things about hiring vehicle.( Customer point of view)
A blank form with the information needed in case of vehicle accident/incident.
Always smile with you customer.
Collection time should be communicated.

Good points:
-Vehicle was clean, so please maintain this.
-booking a vehicle was ok.
- uniform was worn with logo of your company when delivering and collecting vehicle and ID present when asked
-A picture of the vehicle when delivered and collected.
-delivery and collection service available.
-Deposit was immediately returned.
-Compare to Enterprise car rental, A bit better service.

Will I hire a van again? Yes I will give them a chance to rectify issues and to see if there was an improvement of the service. Then a word of recommendation will be applied.

Excellent friendly service delivered and collected car to my house at competitive price . Would highly recommend this company will definitely use again if I need to hire a car.
