Like most here, I won money on this site after depositing a few hundred, tried to withdraw around £900 in December. They dragged the process out for weeks asking for information to “verify” the account. Finally after sending everything in PDF form so they couldn’t use the awful excuses like “picture quality” they verified my account with the £900 withdraw pending then closed the account the next day. I was then sent and email stating I broke some t&cs and my account will be closed permanently and they are going to send me back £78 I had made in deposits, I sent an email back stating id made a lot more deposits that this and id proof id that id like a copy of the ts&cs id broke but they are ignoring all emails now. They must be making absolute millions from people. How this site has continued to stay open and scam people like this is shocking. Never deposit thinking you will have better luck, you will not get anything you win. SCAM ARTISTS.

Yes I am one of u guys who has given this casino a 1 star also. If I could I would give it a zero, so got sucked in with this vip package to rejoin and silly me I did, I played and lost played and lost but then I played and won happy days, I contacted my vip manager told him he said congrats but I will need to verify my account I knew way back in may last year I did this already when I joined then and that was a big deal (reason why I left then) don’t know why I joined them again maybe a moment of weakness lol, this win was just before Christmas I sent everything they needed 3 times but they always needed more talk about getting frustrated this was all on the 2nd of January I won and I sent a lot of emails on then to verify my account, by the 3rd I had enough and told my vip manager which he told me it was holidays and no one works in the finance department or weekends but then I received a email from the finance team saying they need this and that to verify my account honestly within 5 mins talking to the vip manager so who in gods name sent me this from the finance department if they don’t work holidays or weekends and it was the same things they wanted joke, I told the vip manager which he didn’t answer that question so I had to cancel my winnings and played them and lost which to be honest that’s what they wanted from the start and told the vip manager to close my account for good which he said it would be a shame to close as vip players get bonuses from time to time and who knows u might win,, WHAT THE ACTUAL!!! No no close please and all I got was a thumbs up, so that was all on the 3rd of January and today there now I got a email to say my account was fully verified lol the communication must be great with this casino, no no thank u I will never play at this casino or any off it’s sister casinos also I hope to god people look at the reviews before they play here everyone is saying the same if we stick together it will fail down the line,

What a disgusting website I have won 4.000 and got email from them my account has been closed pricks no point spending your money cause if you win they won’t pay it I hope they will close this business it’s scam not sure what to do now no reply to emails I have send them and not even access to their website what a dicks people don’t play on their website you just lose your money like I did

I made deposits and won €11,500, yet MadCasino refused to pay out my winnings and has now closed my account with no satisfactory explanation. They accepted me as a player, processed my KYC documents, and let me deposit and play — only to block my withdrawal when I actually won big.

In my case, despite following all their rules and completing every request, they kept my winnings and shut down my access. Avoid this site if you value your deposits and expect to actually receive your winnings.

Do not use this casino if you’re in the UK. I was accepted, KYC approved, withdrawal processing and my account was closed. No explanation. Funds lost

I deposited €900 turned it into €13,500 and live chat lead you down a garden path of promises.

If I had lost the €900 it would have been fine…win and your account gets closed (I didn’t use a sign up bonus either). This is all due to T&Cs stating UK players amongst many other countries can’t play even though they accept UK payments, UK numbers and accepts KYC documents with UK documents.

Non existent customer support ( again). No replies to numerous emails to customer support over many weeks.
Still has my personal data and using it without my authority. I wonder if the is a scam?

I am a UK resident and was able to register with MadCasino through their website, where I could select the United Kingdom as my country, enter a UK postcode, UK phone number and UK email address, and deposit funds using a UK bank account.

Only after this did I discover that MadCasino’s own Terms and Conditions state that UK residents are not allowed to register or use the site.

I contacted the company to request legitimate refunds for transactions that should never have been allowed to take place in the first place, given that UK customers are prohibited under their own rules.

MadCasino responded initially by stating they do not accept UK customers and claimed I had registered via an affiliate. However, I have video evidence showing that even when accessing the site directly (without any affiliate links or cookies), the registration process still actively allows UK users to sign up and deposit, with no KYC or location checks.

After I provided this evidence, all communication from MadCasino stopped. Despite being told my account and email had been “blacklisted”, I have continued to receive promotional emails, including a Christmas bonus offer.

This raises serious concerns:
• UK customers are clearly able to register and deposit
• No effective checks are in place to prevent prohibited players
• Refunds for transactions that should never have occurred are refused
• Communication stops once these issues are challenged
• Promotional emails continue despite claims of account bans

I am still seeking a proper response and a refund for funds taken in circumstances that should not have been permitted under the site’s own terms.

I am also in touch with Action Fraud in the UK and will pursue this further with the sites affiliated banking partners and providers should a resolution not be made - I’m sure they will be interested to know that they are facilitating this company taking unlawful payments from customers.

These are just scammers. Take over a week to respond to emails, don’t let you withdraw your winnings and come up with an excuse why they wont pay you. I will copy and paste the email they sent me below -

I recieve spam emails for this company regularly despite never having anything to do with them

Gutted to be writing this review as the customer service agents I have been speaking to have been as helpful as they can I suppose. However, nearly two weeks on from my withdrawal request and being told there’s no reason as to why I wouldn’t get my withdrawal, I’m still no further along.

I sent over the relevant documentation requested and was advised this was all approved and just keep being told there’s withdrawal is still under review. I fully appreciate procedures and process needs to be done but I feel like I am being fobbed off. It’s shame really when you invest money and think it’s a good site but I won’t be depositing again unless I get my funds.

I would advise people to be wary.

won 900 euros sent numerous emails asking for withdrawals was then met with email sahing my account has be blocked due to threatening a chargeback. Scam website will look for any excuse not to pay and if they dont have excuse with make up one. DO NOT USE SITE. DM me if you need to see proof

Worst casino happily let you deposit but when withdraw says 48 hours I’ve been waiting over 72 no response to any emails shocking bonus rate and no good customer help would give 0 stars if possible

They have £3000 of my money wich I won 🏆 and they won't pay it deposit over £2000 why won't they pay i don't now I've emailed them .complaint to but nothing i hope this is not a scam sight ive been updating my bank details every month.. they said 36 hours it's been over a week ..

This company use the excuse that you have wagered bonus money on certain games that breaches their terms and condotions so they confiscate your winnings and dont pay you out then close your account. Outrageous Fraud. Steer well clear..

Hi I been big fan when I sing in first time with great variation of games and alot of good providers with great offers but then I find down why this casino got so many bad reviews!!! I can just confirmed step by step, first all bonuses are generous but is big catch there where I never see before only can play 2€ maximum through bonus every casino got minimum of 5€ ...second when you finaly win after 10-15 unlucky deposits minimum amount of 100€ on my suprised first email been straight in the minit that before withdraw I have to verified my account. And here start a big scam first after you send all documents there should be check in 48 hours and than up to 3 working days should be withdraw proceed. I send 5 days ago my documents and after 4 email to follow whats happening why I dont get any respond and still nothink and because all this wait is targeted and intantional for player cancel and loose there deposit exactly same happen to me after I cancel deposit been one way straight down. Update... they emailed to say we breached the bonus terms and confiscated all the winnings. It's been pending since 26th September and now the account is verified "it's been breached" won't be using again. Should be closed down.
