Who are these people struggling to withdraw money? I can't even get a win to withdraw.
Played many Casino sites in my time. Rarely get a bonus on this one. And when I do, never more than 40x. Even High Street FOBTs have a 500x Jackpot.
Some games don't even show the potential mini, maxi, grand jackpot etc, which made me think this is run by some guys in a basement somewhere and are happy to take the money.

As so many others have reported this casino is a pure scam, they will never pay out your winnings. I won 1000 Euro on MadCasino and 3800 Euro on their sister site TucanCasino and they closed my account claiming i breached their terms, without specifying which part of their terms i supposedly breached. Mind you i only got an email from TucanCasino, MadCasino just closed my account without giving me any information. I have written several emails to their support, both to MadCasino and TucanCasino, with the first email being over a week ago and they have completely ignored me. Never deposit to "Softon Ltd" casinos, they are all a complete scam.
UPDATE:
Contacted their complaints department as suggested in their reply and the only thing they responded with was "banned due to breach on tucan - refund tf provided from tucan email". No information on what the supposed breach of terms was, and no information about why a supposed breach on Tucan means that they can just steal my winnings on MadCasino.
Also no thank you to the 25 Euro that you offered me to delete my Trustpilot review.

Withdrawal stutters/suspended account!
I, like many others, have deposited quite a bit to their casino, but last week, I won a little back, €550 and since then I have been told that there is a delay and they are looking into it. My account is verified, apart from my address, which is not actually asked for on registration (strange that), however, I have provided KYC team with proof and also proof of deposit (front and back of card - with the requested numbers edited out).
I will give them another 24 hours, but it seems like I, along with many hundreds of UK players, have signed up to an illegal casino company who are committing fraud - I hope that isn't the case, but I now believe it to be.
Edit: following my review here and notifying them off it, Mad Casino had also disabled my account with them until 'further investigations' which means I will never here from them again... They will be hearing from my bank though when it investigated fraudulent activity!
Edit: They have replied below, take no notice of their response, because they have blocked all my details - the clock is ticking for them for me to receive my 550Euros before 12 October, or else my bank will be going ahead with the fraudulent review of them. My bank has all the necessary paperwork and authority to do so...

They’re fast when it comes to taking deposits, but cashing out is a whole other story. I was told my documents would be checked within 48 hours, and now it’s been well over 90 with no reply. I’ve gone to live chat a few times, but all I get are vague excuses and no real help.
