Product was on back order and it took a lot longer than expected for my order to be fulfilled. But that wasn't due to any fault of the business owners. As soon as they got my product in from Mechanix they shipped it out and I received my order, in tact and proper, in only a few days. Under unfortunate circumstances nonetheless excellent service.

Shoulder holster seems to be made of good material and workmanship. The only complaint would be that it is for a full size 5 inch barrel gun and I'm using a 3.9" compact Sig 228/M11 and the holster is a little too large.

First time buyer from Mad City Outdoor. I shopped around looking for the best price I could find, and they were it. Website was easy to navigate and the products were as described. Bought Galco Vertical shoulder holster components to replace horizontal. Was nice to be able to buy individual components instead of having to buy a whole new rig. Would use Mad City again.

The item was supposed to be here in under 13 days.
While the staff were very communicative, it took months to receive the item..items like an OC spray holder are a necessary piece of equipment for correction officers..I had to buy another one before this one got here..

It took one month and ten days for my sheath to arrive, I get it's the holidays but on the website it said delivery between 3-13 days. Overrall, I am satisfied with the product and I am giving it three stars instead of four because of the long wait. But their communication was great when I emailed them about why it was taking so long. However the product arrived in the end so I'm satisfied.
