Horrible Service/Buyer Beware/Scam
They have taken close to 2 months to get me my order when they claimed 7-10 days max and to be Australian when once they post it you see its actually from China and when asked to be refunded as I needed it for a specific date, they refused and as stated nearly 2 months and still no package, theyre thieves and horrible business service, buyers stay away and voice your displeasure with these criminals.

Save your money
Save your money, these guys are scammers. They say it's 3-5 days processing time, emailed to confirm after my order as it says guaranteed delivery by Valentine's. They tell me at minimum it's 4-6 business days for the item to be processed, I said it won't arrive in time and I'd like to cancel, now they're trying to charge me 60% restocking fee for a piece of cardboard they haven't begun processing. Shop elsewhere. PayPal dispute opened

It’s just upsetting.
I’ve bought a Spotify bedside lamp and it was terrible. I’ve got the product for girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, and there I’ve opened it up to see scratches all over the product and scratches on the inside of the glass (HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN).
I got in touch with a customer support staff and they asked for evidence. As soon as I showed the evidence. Not a word has come back. It’s like they know they’ve messed up so there’s no point to reply and have to give up a refund.
Honestly, if you’re about to buy something from here, try and find an alternative not worth it at all.

Ordered a month ago, still not received.

Generic game but apparently it's still in production.
It's a scam and it is not an Australian company
Numerous emails with them coming up with excuses and telling me to wait a few more days and then several more days.

Very disappointing experience
I'm pretty disappointed as well with made mine unfortunately. I got the picture wallet and while the picture was nice and clear it was just cut off on one side, which didn't look nice. Also I wanted to have the picture in the corner and smaller but they covered the whole wallet which I didn't like. I've asked them over and over again for 2 months to send me the correct one and that I'm happy to post back the old one. Like all others, I was offered a 1% refund only. And when I kept emailing they agreed to send a new one, which was exactly like the first one!! It's false advertising and I was very very disappointed. I would never order from made mine again. Communication is terrible. And so is the quality of the wallet, that's already fallen apart 4 months later. :(

Slowest postage ever. Don't be fooled.
Takes over a month to get your item even after they sting you an extra $5 for 'VIP' service. Delivery times on the website are not even close to being accurate. Give yourself 2 months to be sure that your item will actually arrive.

Paid for VIP priority service and express shipping and items arrived 4 weeks after order was placed, light base does not work. Not worth the money, also not made in Australia.

Worst site - scammers!
Worst site! Pretending they are Australian with an AU, when infact it’s an overseas Japanese or Chinese site! Which means if you order with a weeks notice as per their site info you will get it in Australia by Valentine’s Day which if I look at tracking its still overseas and has been since I ordered! Don’t order u less you are willing to part with your funds and get responded to in French via email! This place should be shut down!

I couldn’t give it to my brother for Christmas as you couldn’t even make out that they were people printed on the wallet!! The customer service is non existent and if she tells me again they are going to keep part (most) of the refund for postage, materials and man power again I’m going to go insane!
