They Charged me more when paying for thousands of dollars of orders, no one to handle and work with same product same item, before paying price is x after x+4-5 $ per order

I used to like the platform but the quality of service has gone down drastically. When I first started working with mademine a year ago, I was able to get direct assistance whenever I wanted to place an order for an item variation or an item available but yet listed. I was able to place the order through PayPal and get it fulfilled asap. Now for some reason, the customer service is never able to assist me. They have no clue of what item is available or not and they are not willing to help me find variations of make important changes to our orders when they dont match the settings set for products currently listed. I also saw that many items that we had listed are not longer available so the uncertainty of what is and what is not available makes it really hard to work with. The quality of the products also decreased. Before we were able to get high quality materials but now its only cheap and bad quality stuff which makes the platform extremely unreliable.

as someone buying more than hundreds of orders per month the service really disappoints me.
there serivce does not handle problems, for example when ordering a sentence in a product there are 2 previews, one that is the text it self you input and second is the preview on the product, there are no clear instructions on this, comes out each time some other worker make different text, and when i tell the company they did a mistake they blame me that the preview was clear. while i did put the correct sentence but what they print is complete different i even sent proof and they did want to reply, save your time and find a better service with better results each time i have problems, i lose money, and there is no trust working with them. some time blurry photos, sometimes packages are lost, and its such a hassle to deal with them, 0 chance to scale and really manage many sales. many times i tried to talk with them and ask for customer service personal so we could scale together.

Love it. Easy to use. Integrated apps are nice. Would recommend for anyone starting a small business.

It's a scam. They will never ship your orders. And even if they do after a month, the quality would be super cheap.

Stop mentioning about new team in 2023. You are as much of scammers as the previous ones.

After reading all the reviews on here I was worried that I had been scammed, but I received my order and I am very happy with it. They failed to send me tracking details and it took a little longer than said but communication via email with the company was good and they gave me my tacking number and updated emails until my package arrived. Overall the site and company is pretty good other than they ship from china as all their custom orders are made in their china factory and they claim to be an Australian company.

Worst company ever! I ordered a personalised bobble head. Uploaded several photos and went back and forth with them because they couldn’t get the artwork right. So I told them I want a refund and they said I’d have to pay a restocking fee. A restocking fee for a product that hasn’t been made yet?!! It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my refund. Disgusting people.

Absolutely crap products false advertisement and the customer service is absolutely digusting. Worst website I have ever dealt with!! Bunch of scammers

Fake company!!!!!! They claim they are AUS company but my bank detail shows HKG! Total scam then they sent me an email saying something went wrong with my order but my payment is not reversed! STAY AWAY it is a SCAM!! I’m so annoyed at myself for not looking into it first but let my mistake be a lesson for you!

If I could give 0 stars as a rating I would. So I literally ordered 3 personalised mugs from this website 3 years ago.. yes 3 years ago and to this day I still haven’t received them. I have emailed over and over, tried on the website chat and have got nothing in response to this yet the money was taken the day of order. This website is a SCAM and I highly DO NOT recommend you buy anything from them.
