I am new to the site and I was really pleased how easy it was to navigate and upload products but of course it was too good to be true! I have made numerous sales, building my e-commerce business. I put my trust in this site and with a quote of 72 hours production time I believed this would make my site profitable, Now I’m awaiting a 5-6 day delay and angry customers wanting a full refund. I am Concerned this is a scam, I’ve paid to process several products and feel like they will never be sent out after reading mademine’s recent reviews. Don’t trust this site. Not as good as it seems. You will loose money and waste your time.

Absolute SCAM! They never reply to messages, all of the products are stolen from Etsy shops, items are never shipped out and if they are - the quality is ridiculously low!

Really lousy customer service. They claimed problem would be resolved within 24 hours - guaranteed. OK, so here we are one MONTH later and still nothing has been done!!!! They are absolutely totally unreliable and really awful!! I wouldn't recommend these clowns to anyone!

This company is a complete joke and a scam please save your money, time and energy especially when you are a seller who is looking to sell/dropship their products! Their website has a wide array of "nice looking photos of products" but each one of them that I have experience is a trash. I had refunded all items that were delivered to my customers because of poor quality and wrong items. I have to deal with angry customers because the products and mistakes are beyond my comprehension. E.g. customized plates with customized names, some random name are being sent to all my customers who received those plates. Winter hats with wrong color and size. Customized photo album with the most horrendous quality. Christmas stockings which is completely different! Good thing I didn't go all the way in putting a lot of items in my store from them because I was testing but boy oh boy all the items I tested are a fail (and I mean all!). The last order is for my personal, 2 hats for my 2 boys, not only are the colors wrong (I ordered 2 grays with different sizes), it came in black and pink! I didn't bother to ask for a refund because every last refund I got was a refund to my mademine balance and not to my original form of payment card so in a sense they want me to buy more stuff from them because I have made mine balance credits. I contacted them and said they only refund through mademine balance. THERE IS NO WAY I AM BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN. I'D EAT UP THE LOSS!

I say it is a scam because the plates I sold from them I search on google to check if anybody sells it, and lo and behold it is an Etsy item where you can tell it is their original work (they show videos on how they handcraft the plates) and Mademine just stole their pic and idea. Such garbage really! The Christmas stocking is also a picture from another Etsy Seller which shows a velvet cloth with embroidered names but they sent a totally different cloth and a print (not embroidered). They are a complete joke!

If you dropship with them, you are 100% guaranteed to be faced with refunds and angry customers. Spare yourself from total disaster and extreme disappointment!!!

This website is a copy of legitimate memorial doll companies.
The quality of the product you receive is atrocious. I ordered a crochet doll to look like my late husband for our young children and it came with a STICK ON mouth. Customer service said “sorry it isn’t what you wanted”. So so annoyed and I ordered two for my two children. No offer for a refund.

Scam, the team never responded my emails and chat bot never answer questions. They stole $200 from me. All good reviews are their team. I fell for this scam. STAY AWAY!!!!!
