Misleading products I expected to receive.

I ordered a t shirt for my partner and what I thought would be a baby grow given the size I chose and images showing baby grows? (0-6 months) but instead received a t-shirt (for a newborn??)
It's impractical having a newborn in a t shirt.
Instead it will be a waste because she will be an autumn/winter baby so way too cold for her to be seen in it. Total waste of money.

The ordering process was straightforward and the quality does seem decent enough for the price.

It's totally ruined my surprise.
Won't use again or recommend.

In response: No details on what to do should you be unhappy put in with the order.

It was not made clear at the time of ordering the item was specifically a t-shirt
There was absolutely no option to specify a "baby grow" and no mention it wasn't available in black
(it's since been changed to make me out to be a liar to suit their agenda)

Aftercare lacking, blaming me for their confusing misleading ordering options and correcting it AFTER the issue was raised with no means of rectifying it with customer.
Talking down to me like I'm stupid about what I ordered and what was on offer.
Clearly after sales is not a big agenda once money received.

It's clear they don't want to admit things were confusing at the time I ordered.
I am therefore amending my rating from 3 to 2 because clearly after sales and customer satisfaction is lower on their list than getting your money.

First Class Service from start to finish, 22 Disney tee-shirts ordered and made personally, ordering was so easy the website is user friendly and manageable. It took less than 8 days from ordering to delivery, the family absolutely love them. John the gentleman i dealt with was so professional, i certainly would have no hesitation whatsoever in dealing with this Company again. They were brilliant and the prices were equally just as Good. Keep up the Good work John and Team.

Family business so can wait a while for order, other than that quite helpful

Ordered t shirts for the family for Disneyland trip, the quality is fab. The image is great all personalised and they arrived a lot quicker than expected. Can’t wait to wear them when we go away and order for next years trip already!

I messaged to say that I had been let down at the last minute by another company and that would my son's pyjamas be ready in time if I ordered them that day. I received a message back more or less instantly saying yes they would and if I messaged over my order number once the order was placed they would put a note on to make sure they was ready. They arrived 4 days before my son's birthday and I couldn't have been more happier. I am definitely ordering from here again for my daughters birthday.

Throughout the order process, the business was so helpful and took on the requests that I had ask for, without hesitation. I’ve ordered through this business before and I loved my T-shirts. And to order them again, I was confident that I was going to love them, and they came and didn’t disappoint. I really recommend to any looking to buy Disney wear for their trip, because they are part of the reason that I have such amazing photographs and memories!

perfect gift! flawless design and attention to detail! so so over the moon! I received the personalised mario drinks bottle EARLY, despite the fact I made a huge mistake on the address details when i rmtered the wrong country, resulting into being charged for international shipping, which was rectified perfectly and wuickly and refunded too and delivered. when I was making my order i was able to ofcourse add my sons name on it and he picked the colour of the lid, *I thought having that as even an option was SUPER CUTE* and even MORE of that little extra personal touch you can add! with SOOO many options to make it your own, Especially when its for my sons birthday, hes going to look rather cool at school with his new water bottle all ready with his name on for the summer months, hes absloutely super mario mad! so this was just spot on for a birthday gift / something he can use EVERYDAY too! very easy to use as the lid is flipped out at the push of button! so fun for the younger ones tbf ( my little lad seems to find these kind of quick flip/ pop up things halerious!)

Great customer service, I forgot to add some details to my order and I emailed made personally and had a response the next day which was a Saturday! The pyjamas are gorgeous , great quality and made my wee ones birthday even more special :)

These are so cute - I love them and can’t wait to give them to my little man! Will definitely consider them for future items.
