I had high hopes with this company as…

I had high hopes with this company as the website looks great.
I ordered 3 personalised hoodies which should have been dispatched nearly two weeks ago, they never got delivered.
iv been emailing them for over a week and had no reply, so it’s clear they are just ignoring me.
Very annoyed with this company! I can’t issue a refund as it states a refund can only be made after 24 hours of ordering.

Good morning - I'm sorry to see you have left a 1* review. As you know, this review comes after we had an email exchange yesterday evening. This was before you posted this review which unfortunately falsely claims you have not have a reply to your emails. I note that you had emailed for the first time about your order on Thursday 12/12, with a chasing email on Sunday (out of working hours) and then again yesterday evening at 20:32. Given the time of the year, email responses are taking longer and it should be fair to expect to have to wait a little longer than usual for a response.

When reading your chasing email last night however, and realising you had been awaiting a response - I ensured to reply within 15 minutes despite being late in the evening. In this email exchange, I apologised that I wasn't able to reply sooner and explained that I run the business by myself. As to your comments in these emails that "it was my choice I didn't want to reply to your emails", I'd like to clarify this certainly wasn't the case but simply given the volume of queries currently it had taken longer to receive a response.

I then provided an update on your order, which had exceeded slightly the estimate dispatch, but to clarify was never expected to dispatch 2 weeks ago. As you had advised in your emails you needed the order by Christmas, I was pleased to advise that your order was in processing and is actually due to dispatch today. Included in my emails was the tracking details of your orders ready for its impending dispatch.

To confirm, your order is in processing and will be dispatched today. Again, I'm aware you need the order by Christmas and this will be expected to arrive with you before then.

High end quality and perfect fit.

The quality of the personalised pyjamas and personalised hoodies is better than I expected as I’m always nervous when ordering items like this. For seasonal goods I would recommend getting your order in as early as possible as I did encounter a slight delay from expected shipping dates to actual. But items still arrived in time for when needed.

Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Great pyjamas

Great pyjamas, accurate description online and personalised as I'd asked. I followed up with a contact form as Royal Mail hadn't delivered and they responded straight away and confirmed they had been dispatched. Think my 1 year old nephew will love them!

Ordered these pjs for my niece

Ordered these pjs for my niece , was very happy with them , the material is lovely & i am so pleased with the fact they have put her name on them , she is going to be one happy little girl on Christmas morning .. I would highly recommend Made Personally 5⭐️

Taylor Swift Pyjamas

Just received order on the 30th November. The pyjamas are excellent quality and the print details are spot on.
My grandaughter will be so excited on Christmas day with her Taylor Swift Pyjamas.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I orderd Pjs on 7th November and estimated delivery was 13th-18th. I emailed days passed this time to be told sorry haven't processed it, it will be a little bit over. Well couldn't you of emailed to tell me?! Just left me to contact yous. I bought them 7th to be here before 26th. Did email and WhatsApp them demanding a refund. They posted them out the next day probably sh1ting themselves. Still not happy with how it was handled. Don't trust random sites on google & pjs aren't the best. No email to say they was behind, just left me hanging until I messaged. *TAKEN 16 DAYS FROM WHEN I PAYED TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM*

Hi Shannan, I'm writing this response, in truth, in absolute dismay. A similar note to that which I sent you by email after notification of this review. I'm utterly bemused and upset to have read this review, which was left within hours after I sent you an out of hours update on a Saturday to let you know your order was out for delivery and days ahead of when you needed the order by. You comment that the customer service is awful and that your not happy with how things we're handled - I just need to clarify a few points for the purpose of this public response.

Your order was placed on 11-07 as you said with an estimate dispatch of 13th - 18th. This is both an estimate, not a guarantee, and of dispatch not delivery. You contacted by email on Wednesday 20th at 14:57 to advise that you needed the order by the next week to which I responded at 18:19. I advised that the order had run a little past the estimate but was due to dispatch by Friday (22nd). You further emailed to advise that the order was needed by the 26th and did not demand a refund, but asked for a refund if the order would not arrive by this date. You advised that you "cannot trust Royal Mail" as you had two parcels go missing recently and it seems that your concern was related to Royal Mail's service to you recently received, not to myself.

Given the urgency I ensured to expedite your order dispatching on the 21st to ensure your order had time to arrive. Following dispatch, I heard nothing else from you and I decided out of hours on Saturday 23rd to keep you updated, and emailed you with a manual update to let you know your order was out for delivery 3 days ahead of when you needed. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why but you then felt necessary to email and say "you shouldn't trust random websites on Google" and then within a matter of hours posted this damming review containing profanity.

I have to be honest and state that I am utterly confused by your response, as you have received nothing other than what I think is excellent service. You had prompt replies to your emails, I ensured that the order was dispatched in more than enough time to arrive, and even went out of my way out of hours at a weekend to keep you updated with the status of your delivery.

As you will know I've reached out to you since this review to discuss this, but unfortunately have not received any response from you.

Your order was delivered at 11:27 on 23-11 (days ahead of the 26th when you needed the order by).

Absolutely loved my daughters lilo and…

Absolutely loved my daughters lilo and stitch birthday pjs and her personalised water bottle and so did my daughter when she see them she was so happy and could not wait to put them on.
Thank you so much.
I also was in contact with the seller who was really lovely and so helpful as I was worried my order would not come on time and she was so lovely she kept in contact and updated me through out even after checking if they was received.

Wow - Amazing

Wow, absolutely love the hoodies. They look amazing, I can’t wait to wear them! Fantastic communication with seller, nothing was too much trouble for them. Seller was very helpful answering questions out of ‘normal hours’. Would definitely recommend and will buy from here again! Thank you x

After ordering and then not receiving…

After ordering and then not receiving the item I contacted the seller, was informed that there was a delay in suppliers I was informed that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. I was a little suspicious in this day and age about being ripped off, again it was delayed down to a faulty lid spoke again and assured it was going to be dispatched. The lady was true to her word although I was a little arsy towards her she came through everything she said and has done has been proved true credit to you and your company hence the five star review you deserve thank you Paul my grandson will love the Thomas bottle

Never again

Responses to reviews by seller on here are fabricated to make the seller seem reasonable. Customer service is not acceptable and I have reported to trading standards, they commented I was being abusive I absolutely was not I called their service a s**t show because it is. I initially gave a 5 star as they seemed to be quite on it and reasonable having sent me the wrong order initially they ‘gifted’ me the incorrect order which I can’t use and used this as some sort of anchor to why they wouldn’t sort out the replacement order which is equally as unusable having now wasted nearly £100 on items I can’t use and not providing any resolution. What ever the response is this time will not be accurate reflections of discussions and I dare say that the other customers that have left poor reviews were/are in the same boat I wish I’d seen these reviews however on the website there are only positive feedback posts.

Hi Carly, it’s disappointing to see that you have left a 1* review following your previous 5* review. I would like to take the opportunity to respond to the points you have raised.

As you know, you first reached out after receiving delivery of your order on 07/09 to notify that I had mistakenly printed the wrong character choice of the design on one of the garments. Despite your message coming through out of hours at 21:30, you’ll know that I responded within 5 minutes to your query to apologise and offer to resolve. I offered to get a replacement made and also offered for you to keep the garment that had been received free of charge, as despite the fact it had the wrong character of the design, it was personalised correctly. You advised that the replacement wasn’t needed until December so there was “plenty of time” to resolve.

When you messaged further for an update earlier this month I was able to confirm that I had made and dispatched the replacement and provided tracking. On the 04/10, unfortunately you then contacted to advise you was not happy with the item received because it was not “as vibrant” as the other garments.

I explained that the item was not as vibrant, not due to print quality, but due to the design selection and garment colour you had chosen – which both we’re shades of lilac. The other garments we’re more “vibrant” because the designs you chose had more vibrant colours in them. As I explained, the design choices and garment choices available are both visible on the website to view prior to purchasing.

The item is made to order, with your design choice and garment colour choice, which was a Daisy Duck design (which contains lots of purple elements) on a purple hoodie. I’d also just like to add that you we’re more than happy with quality of all the other garments received and described them as “vibrant and lovely”. As explained, the replacement garment wasn’t less vibrant because of a fault or print issue – but the fact the design selected was not as bold a colour and it was selected by yourself to be printed on a garment colour of a similar colour shade.

I would like to clarify that at no point did I say “it is what is is” and discussed at length with you and explained thoroughly the difference between this item and the others you had received, which I’m afraid as above was your choice of design and colour garment.

Following our email exchange late into the evening last night you then swore at me calling it a “sh*t show of a service” and then sending insulting messages of “Says more about you than it does anything”. I will not accept threatening and abusive messages.
