Madrabbitttattoo is excellent. I have been using the balm in the tin and the color of my tattoos are amazing b still. The balm makes the color pop! I have tried other products but this so far has been the best. I only recently stopped ordering because I had auto ship and I have too much now. But if your looking for something yo brighten your color tattoos you need to try this,

At first I was upset about being unable to contact Mad Rabbit customer service. A package I received was crushed in the mail; however they reach out and made everything right.
They are a great company with great products. Their customer service is great.
Buy all my tattoo products from them.
I'm not changing my review because they replaced the product, but because Stacy with customer service is awesome.

I placed an order and when I received it one item was missing. I contacted customer service. They replied quickly and shipped out my missing item right away. Awesome experience!!!!

Great quality products and excellent customer service

Being a Canadian consumer I’ve lately tried finding a Canadian tattoo balm as finding costs had gone up ordering from Mad Rabbit (due to tariffs). I’ve tried a few different products and nothing compares to Mad Rabbit, new tangerine/vanilla balm is such a dreaming scent ❤️ But I’m a loyal coconut/lavender customer… so I’ve discovered that paying the few extra dollars is completely worth the high quality product Mad Rabbit delivers. Also will point out that Sarah and Stacey as customer service reps were very helpful and engaging. Recommend Mad Rabbit to anyone with tattoos, doesn’t matter how old their product makes them look freah again 🥰

I can’t say enough good things about these products! I love the daily lotion to meep my ink looking fresh, I have the pump and keep a tube in my purse, super convenient! The soothing gel is my favorite for aftercare. Definitely helps the healing process. I’m a repeat customer, each time I’ve ordered, the shipping has been quick and customer service is amazing as well. I had an issue (completely my fault) and it was handled so courteously and quickly by Stacy, customer for life right here!

I have used Mad Rabbit's products for the past year on my new tattoos and have had a subscription to keep my stock supplied. I wanted to change it up a bit but couldn't find the link for the life of me! I emailed support and they were able to get me straightened out with a minimum of fuss and a great attitude! Much appreciated!

Customer service is great and very responsive. I've been using the stick balm and the sunscreen. Love them.

Good customer service but cancelling had to wait until second automatic order shipped. They threw in an extra lotion bottle which was nice. Overall, price was too steep for quantity of product. And I can’t get past that They sell numbing cream - just a personal tattoo ethics issue! I mean, part of the tattoo process is earning it, imo.

I’ve been wanting to try Mad Rabbit for a long time. I finally did and it’s been a good experience. A tin of their tattoo enhancer is enough to last for months(it only takes a little bit to do the job).

Had a shipping issue where one of the contents arrived partially opened. Wrote an email with proof and was quick with a response next business day. I have never been so happy with the products I have received from a company. The customer service is also on par with their amazing products. I have confidence to continue purchasing in the future.

Great feel, great smell - i had a wee issue with the texture of the balm and messaged asking for assistance. Stacy got back to me right away with a solution for the problem and offered to send me a replacement tin! Will keep using Mad Rabbit for all my tattoos!

After a week of my product not shipping, I reached out to ask where it was. Apparently, they were out of stock and neglected to tell anyone. I got fed up and asked for a full refund, including the membership fee, because I do not want to be associated with this awful company. They told me I would get a full refund in an email, which I still have, but kept $12 for the membership fee. If I don’t get my money back, my bank will be my next call. I was looking forward to supporting the company since the founders were in my business frat, but they must have taken a huge step back for the company to turn into this.

I purchased Tangerine Vanilla Tattoo Balm Salve for £13.00 plus charged £7.00 postage and when it arrived and I opened the package I could not believe what I was sent, this item is so small, well over priced for what you get, can’t believe a company would have the nerve to send this out…..I am stunned
