I had a great experience with their customer service. I just got a new tattoo and bought a few of their products. I have only used the soothing gel so far, but it is working well. I had soreness the first couple days and the gel helped. I’m looking forward to using the balm once able. Recommend.

I learned of Mad Rabbit from my tattoo artist. I love the refresh gel samples she sent home with me that I immediately ordered the aftercare kit and pump lotion. I had an issue with the US Postal Service but Sarah in customer service was SUPER helpful and kind. My second package arrived just in time for my half sleeve. I’m excited to keep my new ink fresh and my old ink revived.

The customer experience was great. Stacy went out of her way to make things right when the cream I had ordered turned out to be a new formula with menthol that really didn't work as well. I'm disappointed that the original product is no longer available, but the customer service she provided was above and beyond amazing.

Best products on the market by far, for healing your new tattoos! This brand has changed the game for fresh ink! and even great for brightening older work! Highly recommend there tattoo wash for fresh tattoos and soothing gel your tattoos will thank you!

Company has quality products and helpful customer service. I experienced an issue adding an item to my monthly subscription, sent them an email and their rep handled it quickly for me.

Stacey was wonderful to help with my subscription change. Quick response! Products are fantastic I use them every day, my favorite is the lavender and frankincense balm!!

I decided to buy the starter kit for my tattoo and was super excited because of the reviews I've read. I tried the numbing cream and well I didn't feel like it numbed the area at all. After the tattoo I put the soothing gel and I had to run and wash it off because it burned me. I do have sensitive skin so that may be a cause but I was not happy with my purchase. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the customer service. I told the customer service rep what happened and while they were unable to accept my return they were able to make a partial refund. I appreciate the great customer service! I wish my experience was a different one but the customer service was great!

If I could put zero I would. I signed up for a subscription. Every subscription I have advises you prior to shipping the product in the case you want to adjust the timing. Not these guys they just ship the product. They then take forever to answer your email and then their answer is to bad so sad, you are stuck with it. Have canceled my subscription and will never use the product again … it wasn’t that good anyway

I have been using Mad rabbit for years! Nothing compares to it! Keep my ink fresh and looking amazing!!! There customer service team is wonderful as well. I will continue to use All their products my favorite the tattoo balm!!

The goods come with a very cool design package, and the products are much bigger than I thought. I have not tried it yet but my experience is great so far!
