Ive been using mad rabbit products for a few years, compared to other products I've used theirs is by far the best. My tattoos have barely faded. Customer service is always very quick and professional

Heard about their products from Pony Lawson's YouTube videos. When I finally decided on a tattoo (which I actually got from him), I bought the new tattoo aftercare kit and it's been great so far. The wash is gentle and leaves skin feeling good, and the repair gel has left my tattooed skin feeling even softer and more protected than the regular lotion that I use elsewhere, plus the tattoo itself looked way bolder! I'm finally at the balm stage and my stick won't dispense but I contacted the company and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service, would recommend and use for future tattoo needs!

I've used the repair gel for three of my tattoos, one being a recent half sleeve, and it is a life saver!! It kept my ink hydrated and the cooling effect felt so nice on the aggravated skin. And their customer service team are excellent. Very friendly and quick responding!

This was totally my fault. I used the wrong card payment and they were so helpful and canceling my order and having me reorder with the correct card. Customer service was fast, efficient, and the best I’ve had from a company in a long time and I deal with this sort of thing alot. Thank you again.

Great, natural products. I have been using Mad Rabbit since my first tattoo. From the wash, Revive, Replenish, and both Enhance balms, my ink looks great. People ask of I just got it. No, not new. Mad Rabbit takes care of it and that is why it looks new. The color pops and is bright. The black is not dull or faded. Use Mad Rabbit, you won't be disappointed!

Had a little delay in shipping but upon reaching out, they told me what was going on and did a little extra something to help with the delay. Second time ordering from here and impressed with customer service. Will come back.

I have ordered this tattoo balm before for my son and it does what it claims to do. It protects a tattoo it brightens it up. I have since gotten my own tattoo so decided to order it again for my tattoos. When ordering I made a mistake on my email and never got my confirmation. Customer service was excellent in finding my order and letting me know what was going on with it. They were kind they were efficient. They were the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with I highly rate this company and I highly rate their products. Suzanne a very happy customer.

I originally ordered the Mad Rabbit Balm Stick to keep my tattooed eyebrows moisturized and the color looking fresh — and it works perfectly! I just placed an order for my second stick and accidentally subscribed to receive one every month. When I reached out, Stacy from the Mad Rabbit Support Team promptly and kindly helped cancel my subscription after I explained these are my only tattoos and one stick lasts me about a year. Their customer service was seamless and genuinely caring. I regularly recommend Mad Rabbit to friends who use tattoo applications for makeup — brows, eyelids, lips — and even to post-breast cancer patients who’ve received tattooing. Wonderful company and product!

Products and customer service are amazing. I recently ordered a few products from Mad Rabbit and I'm so impressed with the quality of everything. I had a few questions about how/when to use products and their support team was incredibly helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

I accidentally clicked on a monthly subscription on my last order not knowing it. I reached out to have mad rabbit cancel it and possibly start a refund, and while it took a few days too heat back and their customer service number wasn’t working they did in fact ensure all things were canceled and I was given a full refund.

Sarah was super helpful in getting my order re-delivered when it was returned to sender. Great products and great service...my kind of company!!
