My first tattoo! I was concerned about healing and getting it right. I’d seen some nasty pics on line, decided that was not going to be me. I purchased the Soothing Gel - amazing product. But I had questions about products for the next step. I fired off an email and received a very encouraging response from Stacy. She gave me pointers on products, how to use, and most helpful of all when to use. Tomorrow will be week 4, everything looks good but still a little tingling. Stacy told me it would be fine to wait a little longer before using the Balm Stick. If it’s anything like the Soothing Gel, I know it will be a winner. Thank you Stacy for the great advice.

I recently started a sleeve , and have other older tattoos as well and this product has been a life saver for sure especially the soothing gel after a session , although they did change the product and I had reached out with concerns they were quick to respond and explain why , definitely recommend

I'm happy to support Mad Rabbit - but a word of caution to would be customers: Make your order directly with the company and not through Amazon or a third party vendor. The quality is significantly better when purchasing direct.

I purchased a tattoo balm through Amazon to skirt shipping fees, however - the texture and consistency was very grainy and not a pleasant product to use. After contacting Mad Rabbit customer service, they were happy to help despite the fact that I didn't purchase from them directly. I was able to return the Amazon product and ordered a replacement which arrived very quickly. Excellent, buttery smooth texture, love it and the scent is fantastic! The lot number on the bottom of the tin were the same that I received from Amazon so I'm assuming that Amazon is improperly handling the product.

So bottom line - customer service is excellent and the balm is an awesome product when ordered directly from the source. I'd love to see some shipping discounts for smaller orders as an incentive to order direct.

Fraudulent business practices. Placed and paid for an order. After checking out, my order was modified with additional items. I immediately reached out to Customer Service to cancel the modification I did not make. CS reached out with a generic email, ignoring my initial complaint. 19 hours later (after the order has shipped), the CS responded and stated they were unable to assist. I will be doing a charge back with my CC company and will not be purchasing from this company again.

I’ve been a Mad Rabbit customer for 3-4 years and love every product I’ve received! Have an auto-ship for the discount and just change out the products when needed. Customer service is very helpful and responsive as well. Great company!

I received an email about”post a video on TikTok using mad rabbit products and receive a free balm” I sent over 3 videos I had recently posted. Emailed them to Sarah who was super nice and friendly. And my balm got shipped and delivered :) I was able to pick the scent and went with vanillacoconut. This stuff leaves my tattoos looking amazing

A little disappointed at first. Product arrived and did not work correctly. Sent an email to customer service and they responded the following business day trying to make it right. There supposed to be sending me a new stick. Once I receive the new one or not I’ll follow up. They have the new one shipping out shortly they sent tracking.

I had a faulty balm stick and reached out to customer service. They got back to me right away and sent a replacement! Great service, thanks Stacy!

Customer service is as amazing as the product!!

They offer such a great product that I now swear by. It made the healing process after the tattoo much easier and my artist even commented on how well I healed. Love their products and will always be a customer. Thank you especially to Sarah for giving me a great customer service experience!

Fantastic!!! Love this company and their products. I recently had an issue because I moved and forgot to change my address on my subscription. Customer service really helped me to resolve it.
