great location, great apartment, great communication, very satisfied !!

The place was exactly like in the pictures, great 24/7 service, the host was replying fast and was helping with informations about the place. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable, room temperature and heaters were all working and it was hot and cosy felt like I was in my own home at all times . The place had everything you’ll need also petrol station and shops such as Tesco were local. The living room even had a PS4 which was very handy also some other games to play with friends or family . I recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for a place in Birmingham, I will definitely return my go to place in Birmingham from now on, price was very convenable/ acceptable for such place. To make sure there will be no miss understandings the host even got a video to show how to use things such as the keys, where the parking is, which one of the flats you need to get to it was very helpful and a great idea. Highly recommend legit place.x

If i could give 10 ⭐ i would! Simply stunning. Perfectly decorated and everything is co-ordinated . Spacious, comfortable and warm. Its the little things like the posters and mini statues that really stand out. Thankyou for this amazing stay, your perfect customer service and the best start to the new year

Apartments are beautiful, always clean and have everything you need. Good locations. Really easy check in instructions. Stayed multiple times and host has always been helpful. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

Next LEVEL apartments! From start to finish Maevela have been a absolutely dream to book with! So efficient, friendly and helpful. Apartment was incredibly clean and so luxurious! It had everything we needed and more! Can not wait to stay again!

I had such a beautiful stay at Maevela, the apartments are absolutely stunning and really are finished to perfection. Booking was super simple too, so if you are looking for a luxurious weekend away go check these guys out!

Such an amazing place and host, very easy to book , check in and check out. Amazing apartment very modern and classy , You forget its in birmingham because its so high end and very well looked after . Will be booking again , Company needs more recognition very professional host and easy to contact. Will definitely be booking again.

Rooms were beautifully decorated might have taken some ideas for my own house, was a lovely stay can’t even explain how the stay was, host replied quickly,just overall would definitely be coming back I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know , we will be booking at a different residence to see all the different style of apartments you offer you have gained a loyal guest!

Had a really lovely stay here, apartment furnished to a very high standard. Easy access to the property, with a parking spot right outside. Entertainment within the property provided such as games, ps4, and a smart tv with netflix accessible. Cleanliness also to a very high standard, and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend, and definitely stay here again :-)

Excellent communication with host, very quick responses and very attentive. Lovely apartment, open and stylish. Loved the mini football table and LED lights behind the TV. Netflix, amazon prime as well as free view were fab additions. Very comfy furniture and great location! Felt like a home away from home!

No plug in bath so couldnt have an actual bath. Toilet seat was a bit loose, toilet light was flickering slightly and some cutlery was a bit dirty but easily fixed with a quick clean.

The host was fantastic and extremely helpful! Went above and beyond when we asked about late check out and parking options :)

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. Definitely one of the best customer services I've had. They arranged the balloons for the kids birthday which was a lovely surprise for them. The house was clean and well equipped kitchen plus cleaning materials. The PS4 and the smart tv was a bonus to our stay. I loved the stay here and would definitely come back and stay in one for their other apartments. It's a big recommendation from me even with the Covid they made it thr best stay. A big thank you to Sham and the Maevela team for making the kids birthday and our stay an extra special one.

Beautiful stay, the apartment was immaculate and I had everything I could want in a stay. The help was terrific also, will be definitely coming back when Im in the area

My stay was amazing! The apartment was immaculate everything was soo clean! The interior is really pretty. The bed and sofa was super comfortable. The host was amazing and responded very quick. Apartment had Netflix, Play Station and Games, Cards and board games. Was 10/10 and can’t wait to book again!

I stayed here 9 nights and it was perfect, beautiful clean apartment. Host was amazing as i requested a ps4 and it was provided, we did have some troubles with it and as soon as i notified them they got me another one delivered within 20 mins. Great communication from host, after my first night i woke up to a message asking me how was my night and if they could assist me further. Defo recommend this place and will be booking with Maevela in the future.
