Still waiting it's been 53 days for my withdrawal, not getting anywhere with them. Scam site!!!! Do not give them your money!!!

This app is from crooks, they won't pay, they will rob you, you will never have your money again, I made a withdrawal on February 6th, and today, March 9th, the money didn't arrive, they gave me a period of 7 to 21 business days, as soon as those 21 business days were up, I can no longer access the website or the chat, it's a company of crooks

I deposited €20 and played myself up to €200. I made a withdrawal on 12/31-24. I made contact already after 7 days and since then have been in contact with them every week. They say I should be patient. the last time i chatted with björn who says he can't do anything. blame everything on the finance department. so with that said beware of this site it has been 60 days for me and no money....

Do not use this casino under no circumstances put money into this site it's a scam site please report to the ukgc they keep getting taken down and also they have just been busted for money laundering just google it magicwin you will not get monies if you deposit your a fool.People have been warned they also sell your card details I have had £100s taken from.my account due to these scammers report report report

Anyone had any updates since I cancelled original withdrawal and have now attempted using SEPA method to see if this does any better but I’m not hopeful regardless

Been waiting since October for my withdrawal of £100. Never saw it. Same issues as everyone else. The site is an absolute joke. STAY AWAY THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!
UPDATE… ITS NOW 16th JUNE 2025 NEVER RECEIVED WITHDRAWAL.

I made a withdrawal of £450 on 21st February 2025 and every time I asked on live chat it was the same answer every time, 7-21 days processing.
As of 3rd march 2025, I've just gone to log in to my account and it said access denied, I went in live chat to see why and the person on charge said the decision was down to higher management. I then asked what about my withdrawal of £450, she replied, I have no information on this matter.
I then proceeded to ask what was happening about my withdrawal and the chat got closed down and now the chat button has been blocked for me to use.
Please, stay away from this absolute horrendous, disgusting site.
These people are the lowest of the low and they deserve everything that's coming to them.

So waited 21 still no withdrawal after 21 days there excuse is they have a high number of requests for withdrawals you have to be patient, absolute robbing bastards they've no intention of paying what u win avoid like the plague

Hi I want to write about my bad experience with this site I play a lot of gaming platforms but this one is worst one they can manipulate a game to make in their favor I played a lot of games but on special games every time is 0 wins this is not real I catch special games on 10 £ bet and nothing on 2£ nothing bonus game is sheet don’t play you will lose money time and health

Played with £20 on roulette made £100, however it had been over the recommend time frame of 21days (not including weekends) and still have no recieved my money

Customer service agent Stark keeps disconnecting me from the live chat.
This was our chat today before he abruptly and rudely disconnected me again:
Me: Please don't disconnect me again I don't like when you do that.
Stark: I will actually block you the next time.

I should have read the reviews here first. First withdrawal was supposed to reach my bank account within 4 working days. That was over two weeks ago. Customer service just keeps sending the same generic message out about it being under review and refuse to give any timescale. Read the other reviews there's a pattern. #update 5weeks later. Same generic email responses. No money. Thieves! Steer clear

This company are dishonest. They did not pay out my £100 withdrawal. I contacted customer support at least 10 times and they kept promising my payment but I never received it. It's been over 18 months now. I would avoid at all costs.

Do NOT use this casino. It's a scam they will not pay out if you win.
I won £200 on this site on the 3rd december, after contacting them a number of times I realized I wasn't getting my money so I threatened them with legal action. They've now closed my account without warning, still not had my money off them. I don't know know how they're aloud to still operate online, I've found out they don't even have a gambling licence so getting the money back is impossible.

Do not use this company waited over a month for £463 keep getting told the same thing over and over it does not take this long to check details or send it to my account!! Scammers!!!

If i could give this site minus stars i would!! Get told up to 21 working days to get withdrawl but its now 35 days and still no money! Do not use this site as its by far the worse site i have ever been on!!

Contacted my bank they said all the payments have gone to all different merchants even a silver ware shop! Its a huge scam you will not get paid! Banks cannot do anything as we have approved the payments they said there is no way they can do a charge back! Expensive lesson learnt!
