Terrible company

My first payment on a new loan bounced. I alerted them and promised to make a double payment. Naturally, they accused me of fraud, even though I have been borrowing for years. Today, I got an email. “Send me $50.00 now”. I told him, I don’t have $50.00. They responded, “send me proof”. I told them no.
These guys are fine until you miss a payment, then they automatically accuse you of defrauding them. I promise, never again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I owed them a total of $277.97 and due tor 1 missed/late payment they proceeded to harass me via text messages, and sent me multiple intimidating and threating messages, until I had to block them. They were rude and disrespectful and slandered me by calling me a fraudster, because I refused to engage with their petty threats and rude messages. I will be reporting them immediately to the Consumer Relations Board and possibly even to the Human Right's Tribunal. DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They need to go out out business.

Don't ever trust MagikCash! they behave like an animal. They are not human beings. Rude, disrespectful and liked to harass and threaten people. They don't know hiw to communicate like a descent human being. People beware!!! we all go through some tough times but we don't deserved to be humiliated and insulted threatened by contacting our employers /references. Please, there are other financial creditors that are descent so please don't waste your time with this animals!!! lesson learned and will never go back. First impression last!!! I give them a ZERO RATING # DISGUSTING ANIMALS!

The amount of abuse I have taken from this company is unbelievable. They call you after 10pm in the evening 7 days a week. They attack you personally and belittle you. They don't sign their names to the emails to hide who is actually harassing you. This is all against the law to contact me at least 40+ times in a week. You are now reported to the Ministry. Extremely unprofessional. Need to stop hiring thuds!

The agent said that if I repaid my balance I could reloan. Once I repaid in full, they ghosted me for over a week. Then after several inquiries, they proceeded to tell me that my application for renewal was denied. I would not have paid in full and shorted myself if they hadn't said I could renew. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this predatory loan company.
