Very polite, professional and trustworthy service

After experiencing issues with Our Boiler, we contacted blueflame they were extremely helpful and very prompt, and diagnosed the problem before they even arrived.
The plumber and office team were very professional, kind and courteous.
Arrived after just a few days and within an hour our problems were fixed.

Had a problem with very low hot water flow. Boiler checked and given all clear which left combisave unit as possible problem. This was removed and problem sorted! Also had three new radiators fitted. Did a brilliant job, very happy customers.

Called for a boiler not working, he found the cause of the problem which another engineer had failed to diagnose, and was able to get replacement parts and repair the boiler

From the initial contact for a quote to replacing our gas boiler, to completing the job, I couldn't fault them.
Gary and the team were professional but approachable. Easy to have working in our home which is so important.
The installation of a new gas boiler, pump,valves and thermostat was completed in a day: and the account was as quoted.

Fantastic service. Fixed the issue with pipe, realised the pump needed sorting - went to source the part and fixed it the same day. Also checked the whole boiler was working well whilst at it.

From first contact via Checkatrade (and a friend recommendation), to removal of our very old central heating system and installation of a brand new boiler – the entire process has been seamless.

The professional and friendly engineers completed the work during the latest lockdown, and made sure they maintained social distancing, and wore PPE.
