Spoke to Gina on the phone, who was extremely helpful and kept me updated on what was happening.
When I returned Ginas call, she’d left for the day and spoke to Tara who was also extremely helpful and got my policy sorted.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for either of them.

Very competitive price home insurance policy. Easy to complete quotation and I was able to add a few personal and valuable items, many still included in then price! Clear documentation sent quickly. And there is an ordinary STD number rather than the premium rate one some other insurance companies use which is fantastic. Plus I've also read excellent reviews of how easily and quickly you can speak to someone, and how friendly and efficient the phone operators are (I'm yet to test this but I feel optimistic) giving a reassuring personal touch. Going through comparison site they came up with the best price. Going through to the companies website and confirming all my details was easy and just clicked through it all.
Hardest part was paying for it. Doesn't it break your heart when you and your money have to part. LOL

Used a comparison website and Magnet Insurance was the cheapest. It was easy to proceed forward and the cover provided was what I required. The prices for the optional extras were very reasonable compared to other companies. Documents sent by email and all in order.
