We have just taken out insurance: I hope this swift direct contact continues throughout the insurance contract. The forms make sense, and the links worked. The policy documents were e-mailed within minutes.

We had never used a broker before as we thought that the insurance cost would be even higher. We were recommended by our neighbour to magnet and we were so impressed with their service. Josh was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We own a listed building so insurance is a little more complicated but Josh was amazing. In the end he saved us over £700 from what are previous insurance company quoted. Can’t recommend highly enough.
