I had just signed up at the free service level and was having issues so I contacted support. They provided very detailed information to get me up and running. I will be moving to a paid tier for sure! Also this was on the weekend! Mind blown.

They have blocked our account after…
They have blocked our account after sending without an Unsubscribe link that we did not know how to turned On and they did not help us at all , they keep ignoring our emails , and we don't have any more information to contact them !
Their reply was :
Your account was not suspended for exceeding our acceptable bounce rate or spam complaints limits, but for contravening our Terms of Use on occasions more than one. To be specific, our team reached out to you on the 13th of August to notify you that your emails were not compliant with our Terms of Use regarding sending marketing content. Please note our Terms of Use regarding the inclusion of an unsubscribe link in all marketing emails .
And they decided to block our account , really unprofessional and disrespectful .
We sent emails through another email service provider that has more than 100.000 paid client and they've never treated us that way , while you have about 5000 paid plan .
I hope that my review was helpful to others who wanna sign up to this service , because we don't think this is the best solution for companies, the customer service are really unprofessional and they will ignore your email once they will took what they want .
Last reply from them was this :
Thank you for your messages regarding your account suspension. Unfortunately, our decision is final and we won't be able to reconsider at the time.

Not for developers
As a technology startup we were assessing email api providers and found MailerSend which promotes itself being an email api for developers.
After signup we were able to successfully test integration with our application. However when we applied for account approval, it was rejected without stating any obvious reason. When we reached out to support regarding what was missing from our request, they weren't able to provide any answer.
It seems that this service is not really for developers and for free usage as they mention on their website.
