Was charged twice for my cups
Was charged twice for my cups. Contacted Maise & Claire, with no response. Had to go through PayPal to get refund. Think they would have let this fly under the radar if I don’t pick it up. Still no communication from them. Disappointing!

Hi Sarah, we didn’t receive any email communication from you in regards to this? We have checked both of our email accounts and the first notification of any issue was via a PayPal chargeback - no direct emails. (On checking further, it seems the email went direct to the spam folder, which was missed).
Our Shopify back-end only picked up one payment, not the other. We would have happily refunded this duplicate if we were aware of it (as we don’t check PayPal directly very often).
Once we were aware of the PayPal chargeback, we issued a full refund of the duplicate payment within a few hours of your chargeback. We also included a message in the refund to you, explaining this and what had happened.
You are welcome to email us directly to hello@maisieandclare.com.au, but this refund was issued as soon as we became aware of a problem. I believe a 2-star review is unfair considering the above.

A little disappointing
The website is not clear, I ordered what I thought was a canister set and received 1 single canister. Not until you scroll so far down the page does it say it is a single item. No one reads that far down so it is a little misleading. I now have a canister I can’t use and I don’t want to order more just for the fact that it wasn’t clear on the website. A little disappointed as I was so excited to get my canister set!

The product page doesn't let you add the item to cart without selecting one of the three variants, and does mention in the description that they are sold individually.
However I do appreciate that the description is not as obvious as it could be. We have adjusted this now by adding some more information in the product title (Before the product is even clicked on the website) and also the first line of the description, rather than its old location. We do appreciate the feedback on this.
