One of the plates were broken when I opened the package and I have sent photos of the plate and packaging as requested but haven’t heard any more from you. A bit disappointed with the follow up however the problem was rectified pretty quickly and now a replacement plate is on the way. Super happy with the service in the end and happy with the quality of the products.

Prompt service, items ordered were wrapped well for protection from breakage, with a lovely note enclosed. Items were reasonably priced & were received well by friend as a gift. Transport took a little longer than i'd hoped for, but need to allow for weekend if ordering Mon or Tues.
