We recently purchased 2 lovely Adirondack chairs from Maison & Garden. Unfortunately, not the best courier experience (3rd party), but the team @ Maison & Garden stepped up to resolve issues proactively and professionally. Overall a very friendly and positive customer experience and we would recommend them highly.

The garden bench I ordered was much cheaper than other suppliers, plus it came with free palletised delivery and arrived very quickly it was also very well packed.

We have just received our second purchase from Maison and Garden. The web-site was informative, prices of both products were competitive, the purchasing process was easy, and delivery was timely.

Transportation of products was impressive. The packaging had been well designed, specifically to protect all parts of the furniture, and this had been strapped within 2 pallets to ensure its safety during shipping and delivery.
The courier company were also excellent and were friendly, considerate and efficient.
Assembly of the furniture was a breeze as it is very well manufactured. It looks beautiful and also like it will last for a good many years.
The wide selection of products available in my chosen colour determined going with this company and I’m so pleased that I did as they were very reliable and therefore highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the 3 benches and side table that I ordered. Unfortunately I asked for a specific day of delivery but arrived earlier but I happened to be in so all ok. It arrived on two pallets which I still have in my driveway. Not that easy to assemble on my own and ossicle in hindsight I may have paid to have them made up. Am really pleased with the colours and the quality.

Arrived great no problem and the seat is so much better than we first thought it would be very comfortable would recommend this to anyone wanting a garden seat

Product is great, easy to assemble and looks good.
However delivery experience was very poor. 3 day delivery window given - no more specific time or date. Arrived on 2 large blue pallets. Asked driver is he would take them away - he said no. We tried to take them to tip but they would not accept. Have to be collected by CHEP! Still waiting for collection after 2 weeks. No information from M&G about what to do with pallets.

Excellent quality. Well packaged and quick delivery. Couldn’t fault it.

Very impressed with the pricing and the very quick delivery. Information from M and G was helpful. Only glitch was that I don't think we got a message from the delivery driver - we arrived home to find the pallet in our driveway. The bench was easy to assemble and looks great in the garden - it's a surprisingly good imitation of real wood!

Ordering was friendly and helpful. However, nothing was said about delivery being on a palette and to pavement, something I was trying to avoid. I was also not told the seat had to be put together. I have not done this yet so cannot say how difficult or easy it was. I feel all this information should be told to the consumer.
