Had to put 1 star as couldnt put any less! AVOID this company, they take your money and dont send your item! I ordered a phone case £26 for my daughters birthday, ordered nearly 2 months ago and still not came! They dont reply to emails either... AVOID AVOID! lesson learnt!!! maison de sacs

I have only awarded one star because it is not possible to give a minus star rating for customer service and responsiveness. I have not received the phone case I ordered more than 12 weeks ago. As the company has failed to supply the goods which they were contracted to do so I have asked for a refund, which I am told is not possible because the goods are discounted!!! Queries about missing goods are fielded with a variety of excuses and I have been referred to endless lists of regulations which were not drawn to my attention at the time of purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. There are options for redress such as the local trading Standards Officer.

Wish I read reviews. Ordered phone case and emailed them say if promised 3-5 days could not be met please cancel order. Chasing up a week later they now say 1-2 months maybe more and can’t refund. Using Covid as excuse. Liars scammers DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The reason I gave one star is because I have to to write anything.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They take your money refuse to give you refund.all items are shoddy and fake nothing like photos.the right size didn’t even come 4 months after ordering and they still haven’t sent the other order.this is fraud at its finest do not be fooled by the website ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!

Ordered a phone case three months ago which I’ve never received! Emails are unanswered. I’m clearly not going to receive the product or get my money back.

Ordered a phone case on April 9. It's June 12 and no sign of it so I've lost hope I will ever get it, as the seller is providing no solution.

The fact they don't accept Paypal as a payment form should have raised my suspicions as without it there's no way for me to get my money back.

Lesson learned.

The product was not as described and certainly not what I paid for. It was so awful it actually made me laugh- I paid far too much money for a phone case that you would buy in the Pound shop.

Ordered well in advance of Xmas- arrived in Feb!

Emailed them and was told no exchange/ refund, then they eventually stopped responding to my emails.

I was scammed :(

Ordered a phone case on 1st April and never received it. When I enquired their customer services said that it was on its way and could take up to 30 working days. I still haven't received it and they no longer reply to my emails. This is definitely a scam

Terrible service and terrible products

I am disgusted with the way myself and other consumers below have been treated by this company and will be opening a small claims court claim to recover the money. IF you are in the same circumstance please do the same as you will only be liable for those funds if you lose ( which you wont, they are pulling the same rubbish on everyone!)

Ordered from the company over two months ago, no confirmation email or tracking provided. I emailed the company over 5 times but received the same automated email, telling me not worry the order has been sent out. They took my money and I still haven’t received the item that I have ordered. Absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THIEVES.

Crooks! Took my money and now don’t even reply to my emails. Dreadful and Trading Standards should be taking them down.

If I could give a minus I would. I urge anyone who is thinking of buying anything from this website DONT. I purchased an item a few weeks ago and have emailed multiple times to see if it has been dispatched and then finally asking for a refund. I have yet to receive any replies, a refund or the item. They also do not have a number to call so email is the only way. I believe this website to be a scam. Dont get fooled by the fancy website you will be conned.

Please do not buy anything from this website. They dont send your orders and they keep the money.

I am highly disappointed with their services. I ordered a bag on 29th April which I haven't received it yet. I emailed them about the same and Mary (head of customer services) replied me with the following email.

Unfortunately, we ran out of stock due to the amount of orders; So, we have shipped your order from a different fulfilment centre which may take longer to come.

This can take between 3-5 days to ship which is the shipping and handling you saw (shipping and handling is the amount of time it takes for us to handle and ship your item. We then will need you to allow 5-30 Working days (Weekends not included) to deliver however I would expect it to be soon as we have already sent it out. If you do not have your shipping confirmation, please bear in mind that even though your item has been shipped we can still send out confirmation a few days later. So, If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation please be patient.

We do not offer tracking for items shipped from outside of the UK/USA but we will keep an eye on your order for you to make sure everything runs smoothly. If You Cannot track your item, then unfortunately the item does not come with tracking.

I am extremely sorry for the delay. We do also make people aware that this is likely to happen on our shipping page because it is a specially made for you.

Please allow the time stated above and be aware that we cannot cancel or make any changes to the order at this stage.

I dont understand if you dont have in stock. You are still selling it and it is still available on their website. I have emailed them again to process my refund but received an automated email.
I dont understand what to do.
Please do not buy anything from this website.

I have ordered 2 phone cases. They say 3-5 working days. After a week I contact and they state it is 3-5 days for them to process delivery but I’m fact 5-30 WORKING DAYS for three item to be delivered. I email them (3 days to respond) to which they happily remind me of this and it’s in the small print (very sneaky), but not to worry it has been dispatched from a different location due to stock issues and it will be with me very soon.

I am offered a voucher code for another order which silly me places for another item (still waiting on this one although coming up to 30 days).

It has not been well over 30 days for my original order and I have emailed again... I response now and it’s been 5 working days.

Terrible company, terrible customer service, poor delivery service...never again, avoid like the plaque.

P.s. whilst I fully understand we are in the middle of a pandemic this does not give a green light to mislead, ignore and provide terrible customer service. I would fully have understood if someone has been in touch and been honest with me.

Money has left my account. No product, not even a confirmation email. I have emailed them directly and no response at all. a week later my banks been fraud. DO NOT PUT YOUR BANK DETAILS ON THIS SITE.

Wouldn't even give it one star but I had to in order to write the review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY", you will receive cheap plastic rubbish. I have raised a case with Trading Standards; they are mis-selling goods under the Trade Descriptions Act and they are breaking the law.

This company sell crap Chinese goods at high prices. Bought a leather backpack, which was falsely advertised as fine real leather. When I finally received it. It was pvc LEATHER, paid £35, could have got the same bag for £7.99 from Ebay. Tried to return it and get a refund, but they won't have it. Had to report it to the trading standards. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
