Total fake site. Ordered bag in January still not arrived. They don't hold stock just order from China. No chance of a refund. Nightmare just a scammer

Very poor quality item (phone case) arrived over a month after ordering. They clearly hold no stock and simply place an order with a Chinese manufacturer. They do not make this clear on the website, they tell you once you've paid. Do not be fooled by the slick website design. It's an absolute con. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering.

Like other reviewers, I also ordered a bag as a Christmas present. Arrived half way through January, and was nothing like the picture on the website. It was cheap nasty plastic, not even the same design. I have emailed countless times- have received one reply which ignored my complaint and just said that the parcel had been delivered. I hope others check these reviews before losing money to this fraudulent site.

I am absolutely disgusted with this seller. The website looks professional, draws you in. You pay ridiculous amounts for cheaply made replicas of what is actually advertised, all made in China. I ordered a bag for my daughters birthday, was supposed to be a cheaper option for a Fjallraven, when it arrived I couldn’t help but laugh. On the website it states the bag has a ‘soft pink exterior’ and the picture looks like a lovely soft faux leather. Instead, what arrived was a bag made from cheap flimsy fabric, zips were cheap and thin, straps were unusable and the interior was made of thin canvas like material that looked like it would rip easily. I could have spent the £20 more on an actual Fjallraven bag. Have asked for a full refund, whether or not I’ll get it I don’t know.

Finally received my phonecase. Looks like someone bought a cheap plastic case and printed off a marble sticker, its atrocious to put it bluntly. May aswell have ordered an Amazon one. Will never use the site again and advise others not to. Cheap and made in China. You basically pay for its travel around China.

Just received my order, which I had tried to cancel twice via email after having stumbled onto these reviews but without success.
The bag is a good replica of the leather bag advertised on the website but is clearly not leather.
It is telling that on the customs declaration on the packaging the value is specified as $7.
To be fair, I can only blame myself, why did I believe that you could get a good looking leather bag for £35 including shipping cost. Duh.

I ordered a bag for a Christmas Present. It took weeks to arrive (too late for Christmas) and is not suitable. The only way to get a refund is to contact the company. The only way to contact the company is to email them (there's no address or phone number on the site). The only response you get from emails is an automated note to say that someone will get back to you 3 days - this doesn't happen. Don't use this company - they are a bunch of crooks!

Ordered a real (genuine) soft leather backpack. The item ordered and sent out is rubbish PVC. No way to contact them, no way to return items. Started to use the bag and it started to fall apart in the first week.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Avoid this scam site. Selling fakes galore. Looks pretty but good luck finding any company details. No phone number, address and company registration number. Ordered a Christian Louboutin item, took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did finally arrive it was in a zip lock plastic bag with Chinese writing all over it. These scammers don't even make an attempt to hide their products are complete junk. Their policy is no refunds on sale items...everything they sell is 'on sale' so no refunds.

*I managed to claim back through Visa. Make a claim through your bank, nothing (more) to lose guys.
