Great Quality beds I highly recommend them if you’re looking for bespoke beds and their customer service is amazing. Only wanted 2 beds but after seeing the quality now getting a 3rd one. From start to finish everything came as I wanted and the beds look stunning.

Bed ordered online, delivered quickly, well packaged and easy to assemble. Bed as per picture, very pleased with purchase.

Purchased a Crushed velvet sleigh bed from here, very impressed with it, the quality of the materials is fantastic given the price. Boss man was very helpful in explaining delivery to me and when I got stuck on building via whatsapp! He even drove personally 5 hours to come deliver it to me! I would highly recommend! I have a very happy Girlfriend!

Awful service. I ordered a mattress, and then requested to cancel the order ~30 minutes after I placed it. I've had to call them every day since then to check on the progress of cancelling my order. Each time they say they will "check and call me back", but they never do. After a week of this, I had to file a dispute through PayPal.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I had to call a few times to check when they're going to deliver the bed. Every time I was told "next week".
After a few calls they've stopped answering. No email communication either.
Finally PayPal had to stepped in and refund the money.
Avoid.

Excellent service, excellent deliver

Only got deepsleep 1500 few weeks ago & haven't had a bad night's sleep yet.I had bought a Silent night fortuna firm mattress & it was terrible, every time I slept on my side I woke early & sore in 4 points from my waist down my leg. Avoid. Silent night-0 Majestic -100 hadn't heard of Majestic,glad I do now.Great Looks & very comfortable,be you a side or back sleeper.id recommend to anyone. IL update after few months longer.

Bought a double divan bed with mattress and headboard very good quality for the price.second time I have bought off these lads. Would definitely recommend them.

The bed is not delivered yet and even there is no information when wilk be delivered. Two weeks gone and i have to chase up the order.

Bed absolutely lovely had trouble with the headboard which was our fault at first as we could not get it upstairs customer support was very helpful and issued a new headboard out to us and told us to keep the larger headboard too. They issued a new smaller one a few weeks later but what actually come was incorrect due to there fault. I told them that I couldn’t or use either headboard and after the pick up of both headboards and the correct headboard sent out now have the perfect bed.
But as I live so far away they would only do the delivery when they had deliveries in my area so all in total to get the bed and the headboard that I wanted it took around 3 1/2 months.
But had regular contact with customer support and they were very helpful and understanding each step of the way.

Love my bed was delivered on time very nice for the money thank you this is my second bed as I have brought one a year ago for a nother bedroom
