Zero star experience
Ordered a chest of drawers and got an email confirmation with a delivery date. The day before it was due I got a call from a random mobile number telling me they couldn’t supply the item but had a “similar” one available. He sent me pictures on WhatsApp and I accepted the alternative. I got a new confirmation and delivery date which came and went. No reply to any of my messages so I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible customer service, no refund
Horrible customer service. Incorrect product delivered, the seller does hardly answer any emails, calls or text messages. The seller finally picked up the incorrect product, but no new product has been delivered or a full refund issued. Ongoing dispute via PayPal to get my money back.
