Very easy to navigate website that makes it easy to compare and purchase products. Great that the is local support for this locally made product. Would be great to have an option to select feet over castors. The ad implies that there is a choice however, there was no aftersales confirmation and castors arrived in the end.

Makin Mattresses offers exceptional service. I ordered the incorrect product and wasn't home when it was delivered. I phoned Makin mattresses and within 2 hours, the beds single beds had accidentally ordered were picked and the queen beds I wanted were delivered. Nothi8ng was too much trouble and the staff were amazing.

It is so very hard to chose a mattress to suit us as we can only go by what we are told by assistants at the store so when I looked at the Bellissimo mattress and watched the video of how it is made, I was very impressed. I ordered my Duet Bellissimo mattress fro Jacklina K at the Thomastown store, she was very helpful in guiding me through the range. Very happy and had a good sleep on a mattress that felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Thank you Jacklina for your guidance.
