Lovely looking shirts though the coloured buttons are difficult to undo.

Everything good apart from last email or answered size on small side so needed exchange. Excellent quality.

Delivery Company are ' Crap ' ( they are not to be Trusted with Accuracy of Facts ) in fairness to the Supplier they have performed Extremely well and quickly to get the Order of items / merchandise out very Swiftly, can not Fault there Quick turn around time .....

Despite the shirt being 4xl, I couldn't get it over my stomach. The website does not mention that they are slim fit, otherwise I wouldn't have bought them.

It's a shame, as the material feels fabulous and I would have continued to purchase from Makrom.

Great quality looks really sharp gut even a 3xl is a small/tight fit around the gut so have had to order a 4xl! Post the other back tomorrow so fingers crossed new one arrives as confirmation email recieved but then a late third one saying I'd left something in my basket??

My experience with this company as been very positive the shirt I bought for my grandson was twice to small but the refund was made as soon as the shirt arrived back and I was notified same day. Only thing that negative was the cost of the return £7.60 each time I paid £15.20 for 2 returns but very good quality shirts thank you .

Quality of the shirts is good but they come up small and feel more like a slim fit.

They are full package of Quality and service.
Sent back one item by yesterday and full refund is in my account by today.

I have bought a lot of shirts from Makrom, and thought they were good people UNTIL I bought one which shrank in an eco wash. Instead of apologising and sending a new one, Makrom Management said “You will need to send back the items packed in its original packaging with the labels attached.” In the next email, they said “As per our return policy we have a right to refuse items which have been worn, washed & without the original packaging labels.” It all just makes a mockery of what a guarantee means.

You have been warned that you must retain the packaging and keep the labels attached to the shirt until you have washed it at least once in case it shrinks.

I was telling my friends how good Makrom were, but how wrong it turns out I was when I had a problem. It doesn’t matter then how good a customer you have been.

My Order was delivered promptly unfortunately it was the wrong size and size required currently sold out . The Shirt was beautifully made and material of good quality will definitely be ordering from site again.

Nice clear website choosing product and sizing was great and clear, delivery very prompt and was kept informed of progress.
Did cost a bit to send back unwanted items

I ordered a shirt which came quickly from the UK to the other side of the world in NZ. Awesome quality too. The sizing was incorrect and didn't correspond to the online size chart. Makrom did a great job assessing my claim for a refund, and they returned the total amount, including shipping.
