I initially asked for my account to be closed through live chat and later confirmed the request via email, successfully having it deactivated. However, after two weeks, they reactivated it without my permission, making it fully functional again. They also resumed sending me promotional emails and text messages without my consent. I reached out again via email, demanding the closure of the account they had reopened, but my requests were completely ignored. This is absolutely unacceptable—these casinos have no regard for regulations or ethics! I will make this public everywhere. Stay far away!
