I recently purchased a Rolex watch for my wife from the Southend store. The assistant Dave, was exceptional in his help and knowledge in helping us make the purchase. I would definitely recommend the store for purchasing jewellery

I recently asked the Basildon branch to make me a ring that included and replicated earrings that my late husband had bought me and I lost one just before he passed away. The ring that their jeweller produced was far beyond my expectations, beautiful, and I only wish my husband could see it.

Raj, Ellie & Lavina have been great. Been in the store twice and have had excellent service at the ilford branch. The experience was so good that my wife and I was so comfortable leaving our items there. Also I have told lots of people about the experience and I will using Mallards ilford again.

Brilliant customer service from Raj, Evie and Lavinia. Went to the Ilford branch. I will recommend them for sure. They gave me a specific time for when my ring would be done and kept their word. Their service is also great value for money. They were also very friendly with me and took out a bit of time to have a conversation whilst filling out paper work which really showed they care for their customers. Would absolutely go there again.

Martine, Basildon store was so helpful and took her time to find me 2 platinum rings, she listened to what I was after and we found the perfect rings. She was very knowledgeable.

I’m looking forward to collecting the other ring once it has been resized for my tiny fingers.

We purchased two Rolex watches from The Nottingham branch today. The staff were lovely and really helpful.

Amy and Ellie at the Ilford branch were very helpful. They listened and took note of what I was looking for. After they realised that they did not have what I wanted in their branch they managed to find the perfect pendant and a chain for me from their other branches around the country and get them sent over within a couple of days.

They were in regular contact with me via telephone and email and sent photos of each piece for me to look at prior to my attending.

Brilliant service, wonderful people, lovely jewellery.

I’m so grateful to Martine and the whole team for their helpful advice and professionalism. I needed some old jewellery cleaned and fixed. These items are incredibly sentimental; the team completely understood and did a wonderful job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I visited your Southend on Sea, High Street, Branch on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd April and I just wanted to say how very helpful the staff were.  I was looking for a gift for my son’s 21st Birthday and was being overly fussy.  However, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and they were determined to assist. I felt valued and like nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and a great personal service. Thank you, Dave, (the manager, I believe) and the female staff member with short dark hair, whose daughter had just taken her art GCSE (sorry didn't ask her name). They were both fantastic. We will definitely return and 100% recommend.

Visited the Southend on sea branch on Saturday 15/04/23;
We showed interest in Breitling and omega watches and also a lovely one carat diamond ring
The staff there were very helpful and gave good advice on their stock.
We purchased the Omega and the ring and are very pleased with both our acquisitions and the shop staff.
Would highly recommend this shop

Visited the shop in Basildon a couple of times and I’ve always had good customer service excellent job done on the resizing of my rings Helpful on finding a Replace wedding.
