Thanks to Kai we had a very straight forward experience. The car was exactly as described on the website, and good to go the day after purchasing!
It runs smoothly, and for the make and low mileage it was a bargain.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase of a 2017 Mercedes E‑Class. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Kai didn't pressure us into anything on viewing it, the only thing that he asked is not to leave with it unsupervised :))
When signing the contract, he presented all the options possible, not pressuring us into buying things that we didn't want, even though in the end we went for them, as the warranty and care package actually are really good. At the end, he took care of the transfer and tax payment, making things easy for me, as I got in the car and just left knowing everything was sorted.

Communication was excellent throughout, with the sales and service team helping us with the requests that we had in replacing or fixing the really minor things that we found while viewing the car, and every step felt honest and transparent. We got the car in an almost perfect condition, with everything fixed, serviced, polished and cleaned and the wheels got a refurb. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes buying a car feel this easy and reassuring. I’m thrilled with the car and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. If and when it will come to it, you'll see me again!

Unfortunately, the vehicle developed a fault shortly after I bought it. I contacted the seller about the issue, but the process of getting it addressed was frustrating. The experience left me disappointed with the purchase.

My experience was disappointing because the car developed mechanical problems soon after purchase. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into dealing with unexpected repairs. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting any vehicle before committing to a purchase.

The car seemed fine initially, but different problems started appearing after the purchase. Having to deal with one issue after another made the experience very stressful. I expected a much more reliable vehicle for the money I paid.

I was disappointed with the overall experience. After purchasing the vehicle, I encountered problems that I had not expected to deal with so soon. Getting the situation resolved was also more difficult than I would have liked.

The purchase started positively, but my experience changed once problems began appearing with the vehicle. Dealing with faults so soon after buying the car was disappointing. I would have preferred more transparency about its condition.

Steve was a good salesman aiming to do a deal, but was also totally transparent and fair about what we were buying before we signed the agreement. He was very helpful during the process, answering a lot of questions as it was our first EV, and he ensured the car was beautifully prep'd for collection, with items replaced where needed at the dealership's expense. I recommend buying from Manamanx, they are not a main dealer and the price reflects that. I researched the car's history online just to do my own diligence. And I recommend shopping around before taking the warranty, bear in mind the manufacturer's warranty. We are very pleased with our purchase, it is excellent value for money and it is as sold, no surprises. Thanks Steve!

Andy has been most attentive and very helpful throughout the experience of buying a modern car.

I would avoid this dealership like the plague. They are independent and make up their own rules! They sold my daughter a car and within a month the door handle fell off on its own and the petrol cap broke so she was stuck not being able to add petrol. I took an out a warranty which is not worth the money and covers little and the garage warranty was useless. The sales rep lied to us on some specific details too! The customer service is rubbish and they will look for every way to get out of helping. They sold us a faulty car and would not take responsibility for fixing it. Don’t spend your money here!!!!

I have just bought my new car from Manamanx and dealt with Simon, who was excellent throughout the whole process and explained everything very clearly to ensure everything was right for me. Highly recommend!

Within days of collecting the vehicle, warning messages began appearing on the dashboard. We contacted Manamanx to report our concerns, but rather than investigating the issues as the selling dealer, we were simply directed to contact Jeep under the manufacturer’s warranty. The vehicle then became completely immobilised.
Roadside assistance attended and diagnosed an intermittent 12V battery charging fault, which had resulted in a discharged battery. We were advised that this was not simply a flat battery, but an intermittent charging fault and therefore the vehicle was deemed not fit to drive, required recovery and we were advised that it would not be safe to use on the motorway due to the risk of the fault recurring unexpectedly.
As this fault occurred well within 30 days of purchase (less than two weeks), we exercised our short-term right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Unfortunately, despite explaining our legal position repeatedly in writing, our correspondence has continued to be met with references to the manufacturer’s warranty rather than our statutory rights as consumers. We have therefore been left with no alternative but to issue a formal Letter Before Action.
At the time of writing, we have paid £16,179 for a vehicle that cannot be used, have no replacement vehicle, and remain without a resolution, as our emails are ignored.
It is deeply disappointing to say the least, that what should have been a straightforward after-sales issue may now have to be resolved through the courts or Ombudsman.
If after-sales service matters to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I really wish we read all the bad reviews before buying from Manamanx.

We came into Manamanx with the hope to buy our first EV, Simon greeted us at the door with a smile and showed us around. He very kindly answered all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know about EVs. Thank you for all your help and see you again when we need another car.

I was dealt with by Simon when interacting and purchasing my new car with Manamanx. Simon was amazing and very thorough providing me with all the information needed during the process. He insured I understood everything that was taking place step by step which made me feel comfortable throughout. He was polite and helpful at all times and answered any questions I had. I received the highest level of customer service throughout and would recommend Simon and Manamanx to anyone looking to buy.

Without doubt, this has been the worst car-buying experience I've had in over 36 years of purchasing vehicles from dealerships.

Ironically, I bought a car from this business around 20 years ago when they were Sascron, and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately, the dealership today is unrecognisable.

From the outset, the communication was poor, the sales staff were pushy, and I never felt they were being fully transparent. Once the sale was completed, the already poor level of customer service became even worse. The aftersales support was virtually non-existent, with a complete lack of communication and no sense that they cared about resolving issues.

The final straw came when my vehicle was returned to them to investigate a fault. Without my knowledge or permission, the dealership authorised the garage to use my vehicle, during which it covered 95 miles. I received no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to justify why my car had been driven such a significant distance for personal use.

The whole experience has been frustrating from start to finish. They may have moved to new premises and present themselves as a premium dealership, but don't be fooled by the shiny showroom. It's the same staff delivering the same poor service.

They give the impression of offering a champagne service, but in reality, it's lemonade service. The only reason I rated one star is because I can't rate zero.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and certainly won't be returning.

My parents purchased a car from this dealership, and felt very cohersed by the salesman, Steve. Very manipulative about the warranty deals, told that they couldn't pick up the car on the day as they needed to prepare it (which costs £199) so they had to travel over 3 hours again to get it. Once they had bought the car he then revealed there was only one key and didn't offer a discount for this. Although they should have walked away excited with their new purchase, it really tainted their experience as they felt cheated.
