Hubby had a sports massage and to help alleviate migraines. He had a 90 min massage. He will be pleased to find the benefits in a few days. He had a lot of tension in his muscles that needed sorted and this was done very professionally. Neo is very good at what she does, he will book again soon. Many thanks from Oliver

I booked a massage for 90 mins with Neo as I have been getting pain in my shoulders, neck and upper back. Neo was very professional and targeted all my problem areas. It was a very intense massage! It has been a few days and I am definitely feeling more flexible, pain and stress free. I would highly recommend. Hope to see you again soon Neo.

10/10 lymphatic massage. Therapist talked me through everything she was doing as she went. Thoroughly needed after chemotherapy treatment. Relaxing, except the armpits 😳😂..but brilliantly effective. Will definitely be back!

I booked multiple treatments with Neo on one morning: massage, feet and facial. It was my first visit and would highly recommend Mandela Welness Spa. Neo is very experienced in different styles and practice of therapies and also very flexible, adapting to what is needed for you as an individual.

This is my third visit to Neo twice I’ve had the best massages and third my first ever lift facial. Neo works her magic and is so professional kind and is fantastic at what she does. Consent is always asked to take photos and it is so rewarding to see the before and after pictures to know that she makes such a difference to your mind body and soul. I would not go anywhere else as I feel at ease and revitalised and relaxed every time. If I could afford it , I would treat myself every week. Amazing lymphatic massage and Gua Sha
I have received several treatments now from Neo and she is amazing, I have the lymphatic body massage and the gua sha facial. Both of which I highly recommend.
She is very professional and kind. To find someone who uses several discipline’s and techniques of ancient origin is unique in Newcastle. I look forward to my sessions and have no hesitation in recommending Neo.
