I have just sold my car to these people and it has taken over 2 hours to get it off. They wanted another copy of the service history that I had already provided when I got the quote, spending ages on hold going over the same things. Saying that there was a dent on the bonett of there car which there isn't trying to get the price knocked down. I will never use them again.

Charged me 249$ for 4 days storage for a broken scooter that when i didnt even receive the invoice. Paid the invoice the next day it was sent and collected on the 2nd day after payment. Same with a car i purchased in the same auction. Even that i can digest. However their rude replies on emails and response on emails and text is horrible. I wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone. I dont want to give that one star either.

Manheim sales team is so friendly and directing the way for customers difficulties. And reminding the due dates and giving time for customer

Manheim was great to deal with. Understood I was coming from interstate to collect a vehicle and was willing to help with the time - and thanks to their good description, we drove it 9 hours straight home from Melbourne to Adelaide and the car didn't miss a beat. Will be using again.

Great team work, knowledgeable staffs. User friendly online bidding process. The auctioneers make the day as smooth as possible with a bit of fun and some jokes...so it does not get bored...

Buying at auction is a bit of a gamble and you are at the mercy of the auction house. Knowing the product is important but a bit of luck often helps!
