We bought a White Rectangle Slate Effect Bathroom Shower Tray from Mano Mano in late February, which was professionally installed in late March. The shower has barely been used, yet only a few months later we already have two ugly stains that cannot be removed.

I contacted Mano Mano’s customer service to raise the issue, and their response was extremely disappointing. They dismissed it as “use related” and refused to take responsibility or provide a solution — despite the fact that the tray is practically new and clearly not fit for purpose.

A shower tray should not stain so quickly, especially with such minimal use. This is poor product quality and poor after-sales service. I would not recommend Mano Mano if you expect durable products and reliable customer support.

I purchased 4 bed base from them.
The driver dragged the packaging on the concrete driveway as he was alone and was unable to lift it. The packing was damaged which we reported to him. He assured us that there is another layer of wooden packaging inside for protection. We have images on security camera of him dragging the items.
When the package was opened later, all 4 items were severely damaged.
We requested that they return the next day to retrieve the items. In spite of clear evidence, they have refused refund.

They listed the product incorrectly on Google Search. I rejected the good immediately but then got hit with a £35 delivery cost. They completely ignore the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and shut down their UK office in 2024 but still behave as .co.uk to generate sales. So be aware even if they list a product incorrectly you will pick up the tab and they will always favour the seller. Based in France they hide their obligations owed to consumers under UK Law. If you order a product and it’s ok well done but if not, good luck…

Product failed and ManoMano (and the seller) did not honour my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as can be seen from their response to this review. They continually state standard warranty even though their Terms and Conditions state "The Seller acting in a professional capacity undertakes to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions relating to online and distance selling" i.e. the aforementioned act in the UK. Beware that if products fail after the standard warranty expires they will not help.

Really clear website, easy to navigate their vast stock to get the exact product required at a competitive price. They actually deliver to the Isle of Wight, unlike many other companies and the delivery was fast from order to delivery!

Good customer service, very much responding, really do care for the customer . Very good on prices . 5 Stars.

Rubbish sent the wrong ladders that I ordered sent me the cheaper ones and I haven't got my money back for the difference cant get in touch with anyone about the issue sent a email but no response wont be buying anything from them again !!!
