More than Very Impressed. From the first point of contact, they have been really helpful with the bed frame i was ordering and how i wanted it designed. Nothing was a problem. My bed was booked for delivery within a few days & with a time frame too. The delivery guy then also messaged me when he was on route. What a lovely polite guy he was, bringing the bed inside my home safely and with care.
I could see straight away that it was going to be a good bed. It definitely is not one of these thin, flimsy looking frames.
I love it. It’s a real statement piece. The frame is big, chunky and well made. I opted for 70inch headboard which i asked to be split. Definitely recommend getting it split other wise you risk it not going in your house let alone up your stairs. Was very simple to put together too.
overall i would definitely recommend & the next time i need to order a bed i know where to come.

Manorcroft Beds offers decent service and fairly good communication with customers. Delivery was prompt, and the bed matched its description. While the quality was satisfactory overall, it wasn't exceptional. Some aspects could be improved for a more polished experience. Reasonable value for the price. Would consider them again but not without exploring other options first.
