I absolutely love my bed what a difference it makes to my room it was so easy to get a reply from them would highly recommend manorcroft beds well worth the money.

I brought a bed from this company last week. It got delivered earlier than expected and the drivers brought it to my doorstep. The bed is extremely heavy and made of good quality materials. The slats are proper timber wood and even the full size headboard is strong and heavy. It took 2 people to carry each bit up the stairs. Comes with all fixings etc. It could have don’t with a spanner included but I found one in the toolbox luckily. My daughter is very happy with her new bed. Thank you.

The purchase and the delivery was smooth fast and easy to do. I was kept informed in the delivery from the drivers via phone as to time of delivery. The service was of a very high standard.

Fantastic company, easy to order and customise product. When it was ready for despatch I had a text and then a phone call to confirm day and eta. Driver phoned when he was half an hour away to make sure I was in, especially as he was early. Delivered all items to the house and was very helpful and polite. Great service start to finish.

The bed itself is absolultely gorgeous. We got in on sale so it was extra great value for money. Customer service was really excellent as well, I changed the size from King to Superking (Luckily before they had built the frame) and they had no trouble making the change for me. They delivered much sooner than expected so that was a great bonus. They even helped me really quickly when I had a question about assembly. (Which is also really simple) I would definitely buy a bed frame from these guys again.

I ordered an amazing 3ft panel bed and had excellent customer service. The bed was as described, with a sturdy frame. The staff was knowledgeable and patient, helping me choose the right bed, and the order was delivered promptly. Highly recommended.

The bed is well made the only thing was as i stay myself and no one to help took me 5 hrs to get the bed up the stairs where as i would have paid extra for it to be taken upstairs for me
