The bed is well made the only thing was as i stay myself and no one to help took me 5 hrs to get the bed up the stairs where as i would have paid extra for it to be taken upstairs for me

Absolutely amazing quality at a fantastic price. Highly recommend you give them a try. Only downside, which isn't the fault of the retailer, is the courier may give you less than 24 hours notice of delivery (we got 11 hours)

I just would like to say from first ordering my bed this company are amazing they helped me find the right bed and deliverd it exactly when they said they are so friendly 10 out of 10 the beds amazing id recommend them to everyone and anyone

Literally the worst service i have ever recieved. I ordered a bed and to be fair the delivery was pretty quick. Once i opened the boxes i soon realised this wasnt the bed i ordered as it had thw wrong buttons on. Now instead of sending me the correct bed which i paid for they sent me a pack of the correct buttons to put on myself ( bearing in mind theres about 100-150 buttons on the bed) absolutley ridiculous. Wouldnt use these ever again!

Was a little nervous having seen a few bad reviews but no need to be. Bed arrived at 9:30pm a week after ordering. Solid bed, looks great. Editing this post because we’ve found the bed so comfy we’ve just ordered another for the spare room.

Very quick delivery,unexpected. Love the bed and the colour, very easy to assemble. Only downfall is the wooden slates, wish there is a option of solid base board. Will buy more bed in future and recommend to others. Customer's service is very good. Very happy with the purchase.

I ordered bed on 16/12/22 , expecting it to arrive within a week , tried logging onto website but kept coming up with error , eventually found a contact number , called but no answer got a text to say can I text not call ... strange ! Was told delivery be Xmas Eve , then delayed till New Year’s Eve , eventually arrived 07/01/23 , bed is good quality & what we was expecting but a lot of faffing around

I ordered the bed through the Website, it was simple to use and shows a range of beds with matress and choice of material.
Once I put in my order I then received a email, with payment detail and my product of choice.
Once the bed was ready for delivery I received a clear message with time and date for delivery.
Bed arrived safely with extra care on packaging.
The delivery driver double checked all items had been delivered and also taking a photo of bed for proof of delivery.
The bed was so simple to assembled and the quality of product was made high
standard.
The experience from start to finish was smooth, I will definitely will be ordering again.
